SAIYAN PRIDE [CORE]: Saiyans get stronger the longer a fight goes on, and Pursla is not an exception to this rule. After sustaining 100% damage or more during a thread, she gains a +10% boost to all techniques but can no longer use 2 MP boosts to increase her power.
BURNING KI [CORE]: A veritable wellspring of energy, Pursla can convert MP to KP at a ratio of 2 - 1, 1/Thread.
NOBLE BLOOD [OPTIONAL]: Potent heritage and Saiyan durability grant Pursla an extra 20% Max HP and +30% to her critical threshold.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE -
BACKGROUND: Pursla was the hybrid child of a beautiful Citrujin mercenary and an egotistical minor noble Saiyan with plenty of money. Needless to say this was never planned on being an actual union from the start, and as soon as Pursla was born her mother left Vegeta to continue roaming the stars. Her father, still seeking marriage to a regular Saiyan woman in order to 'continue his bloodline' thought little of the half-breed child, wholly uninterested in her ever growing up to take on his mantle. And not only was she shunned for lineage, but Pursla's own low power and strange appearance compared to a regular Saiyan made her a prime target for mockery and abuse by others. The eight-year-old was scared, confused, and most of all sad. She didn't understand why other people didn't like her, not even her own dad. She didn't understand why they said the things they said. She didn't understand why some even went as far as to hit her. And eventually there is only so much one person can take. Pursla fled her 'home' in the Vegeta sector of Plant and made her way to the Saiba Wastes.
It was a brutal, scarred crag of land filled with innumerable beasts and deadly flora. Yet somehow this hostile environment made her feel more at home than anything had managed to before. There was a sense of peace in the wild. You knew what to expect from everything, you knew that the viscous animals didn't want to hurt you because they didn't like you, but because it was their instincts to protect and feed. Predictability begets comfort and safety, even in the midst of chaos. It was here that Pursla grew up over the next eleven years. She had learned not only how to survive, but to thrive among the beasts - after all, she essentially was one. Rudimentary and basic technology likes pots, rope, and tarps were traded to her by a small group of semi-intelligent Saibamen in exchange for protection from larger beasts. Not many creatures could tangle with an enraged Oozaru and walk out victorious after all. Despite her growing disdain for both Saiyans and Tuffles alike - the latter born out of fear that her Saiyan appearance would cause hostility - Pursla took the time to enlighten herself as much as possible.
She was still far from civilized or the smartest person around, but Pursla was nowhere near dumb either. Yet her seldom peace can only last so long in the ceasefire of the Saiya-Tuffle war, and sooner or later Pursla will be forced to act...
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.

Pursla crosses her arms in a protective fashion, enduring an attack before lashing back out in retaliation if her guard remains unbroken, with an additional +20% of her power tacked on.

Pursla adapts to her enemy on the fly, guarding and observing any hint of flaw in their approach before springing into action in deadly rebuke. If her guard remains unbroken, her counter-attack gains +20% power. Additionally, if over half the 'barrier' was lost, the remaining PL is doubled on the return trip.

Pursla's heritage has mutated her access to the Great Ape form, making it far far smaller than any of her kin. While her normal height is about 7' 4", her Oozaru only stands at 14' 8". This in turn allows her to use it on a much more tactical and practical scale.
