The normally mild sun of earth burned hot in the western desert, the normally green planet now a dull red and brown as the lack of water made plant life sparse. To most this was one of the few places of earth that seemed devoid of life, however to Garruk it was filled with its own form of diverse life. The many insects, lizards, and small mammals of the land have proven otherwise. Even the larger humans had tribes that dotted the landscape if one knew where to look, each secured by some water source or another. The desert was without a doubt harsh, its inhabitants accustomed to making brutal choices to survive. One such choice had Garruk surrounded by more then a few earthlings, each man armed with weapon more suited for the wildlife then its fellow man.
Garruk starred at each of them as they moved closer, his face in a scowl as he thought of the best way to approach his current situation. He doubted he was in any real danger, the inhabitants of the planet where normally quite weak even by a galactic scale, much less for one of his kind. He could simply run away but that would leave much of his equipment here however he was reluctant to fight, his equipment was delicate and their weapons could easily break the instruments. With a sigh he accepted that it was his only option, a chance they might break was better then them being stolen as he looked up at what appeared to be the leader.
Stepping forward the rugged man held a vicious grin, his eyes wonder form each fancy gizmo to the new as he whistles out a reply. "Now looky what we got here ladies....we seem to have ourselves a freak......with all these fancy gizmos too" he leered, his hand resting on his weapon as he looked around. "Why don't you let me my crew take those off your hands? In return we will even guide you out of the desert..." he joked as he looked around as his men. The fancy tech in front of him seemed like it would fetch a pretty penny in the right black markets. Unfortunately the man could not sense Garruks power level spike as he pointed a finger at the man a apologetic smile crossing his face as fired a ki blast straight though the man's shoulder sending sprawling to the ground.
"no....I don't think that I will" the small alien said before he started to fire at the remaining bandits.
