APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND: Gaz is an expert Hemomancer, able to manipulate blood - and to a lesser extent, organic matter in general - via magic. However, he wasn't always one. He started out as just a regular dude in the East City, passing through his infancy and teens as most people did: average, and by galactic standareds, unremarkable, aside from being a particularly gregarious and charming individual. But behind that facade of mediocrity hid a deeper secret, he was remarkably smart, but he didn't want people to know, because he was self-studying the dark arts of magic, in search of immortality. It had just so happened that by sheer chance, he had found in his attic an old grimoire, and had been dilligently piecing together its secrets and arcana, now and then committing some mistakes, but now and then making some incredible breakthroughs as well. And he knew that learning would require making these mistakes and compromise the secrecy he has been keeping about this, which is why he kept his dim-witted persona. His house exploded one day? Woops, just some dumb accident by old Gaz.
But one day, disaster struck. He got rammed by a car going at extreme speeds, breaking most of his bones and annihilating his internal organs. He knew that if he waited for the ambulance to arrive, he'd likely die, so he resorted to what he had been hiding for so long, and committed dark magic in public, rebuilding his body from whatever organic matter he could get his hands on, which included a nearby bull. Plenty of people recorded his feat, and from that point on, he knew that his life had to change forever. He left society and became a space pirate, indulging in the privacy of space so that he could further his studies, and the comforts of being able to loot and take whatever he pleased.
Through self-experimentation and near total control of his personal organic mass through his dark magic, he has become something beyond human - a vampire? A ghoul? No, he is a new and original kind of abomination, one molded and grafted from his old body and whatever he can amass to ensure his survival and journey towards immortality.

Gaz fires a string of blood like a laser, aimed at the victim's heart. It deals a pathetic amount of damage, but if it does succeed and deals at least 20% damage, the target's heart will start to internally bleed at a dangerous speed from then on.

Utility Technique || Re-organ-ize
By rearranging organic matter via magic, he can palliate the effects of wounds and bodily damage. He doesn't actually heal the damage though, rather, he just shifts and redistributes it so that the target can function better despite them. For example, exchanging a broken leg for a broken arm instead, so that they can walk. This can be used to a lesser extent to edit the form of someone as well, making them taller or shorter for example. This utility technique requires a delicate link and generally requires the collaboration of the person it is being performed on in order for it to be successful. He can use this on himself too. Modifying another character requires OOC consent.
Utility Technique || Organic Materialization
Similar to Magic Materialization, Gazpacho can create solely organic constructs, if he has the matter available for it. The things he creates are generally living and can have a limited sentience and be given commands, such as to patrol or scout a certain location. The constructs require a link to Gazpacho in order to stay alive, and it drains on his stamina to sustain it (so he can't "create and forget" like with regular Magic Materialization). When Gazpacho releases the link between himself and a construct, it 'melts' into his constituent parts. The constructs don't have meaningful PL and are totally pathetic fighters.
