Yangcong noticed after the ritual was over, that Zerori wasn’t too fond of him flirting with her mother as the rock had impacted his head and he had turned to chuckle at Zerori with a slight smirk as he looked back at her mother.
“Kids will be kids huh. This world is truly crazy and if kids of her generation is going to survive such an ordeal than it’s up to us grownups to help them along the way. Wouldn’t you agree?”
He’d grab her by her chin and lean in.
“Your worth protecting.”
He’d let her chin go and lean away if she didn’t take the hint. Whatever the case was, he would fold his arms afterwards and got down to business.
“I’m planning something soon for the Capital. I plan to put a stop to all this. You should get Zerori out of here. It’s not safe for her to people in a place like this..”
He would look away for a brief second and looked back at Zerori. All he thought about was his past. How dark and lonely he had felt when he lost everything. He didn’t want that to happen to Zriracha. Knowing what it’s like to lose a child is the worst pain one could receive. His eyes dropped to a low sorrow and he exhaled out in slight frustration.

With a glare, Zerori gave Yangcong a middle figure when he smirked at her. Prick, before going back to closing her eyes and leaning against the tree to regain her power. It was only when Yangcong seemed to make a mention of protecting her mother that Zerori cracked open a single eye to observe quietly.
Still quite exhausted and out of it by the intensive spell, Zriracha didn’t quite expect the gesture of a hand upon her chin as the older mortal seemed to lean in for what was obviously the initiation of a kiss. A kiss that… unfortunately, was not returned. Instead, the elder Demon would bring a hand up and serenely smile as she responded in kind, “I have no doubt about that…” Giving a gentle pat against his cheek before she gracefully stepped away from him just before he spoke once more.
He was an interesting figure, filled to the brim with desires, ambitions and the power to back it up. In truth… Zriracha was fascinated by his drive and was only dubious about encouraging his decisions because she didn’t want to risk distance between her daughter and worse: risk recoil from her own Demon’s Deal. That was a conversation Zriracha realized would need to come sooner rather than later for Zerori.
She cocked an eyebrow of intrigue at his mention of starting something at the Capital and glanced over at Zerori. “I will give it thought. There is still much to do on Vegeta,” Zriracha cryptically returned before she glanced in a direction pointedly in a silent command toward her daughter. Zerori, with a dramatic sigh, got up from her tree and began to saunter over. With a bow the Satyr woman smiled at Yangcong, “I wish you all the best in your ambitions. Should you ever desire to make a deal,” She winked, earning a disgusted sound from Zerori, before materializing a Devil’s Coin in her hand and tossing it to him, “-you need only flip that coin and call my name. I will be listening.” And with that, the two would be on their way.
Briefly, before disappearing into the shadows, Zerori would look back with a conflicted expression on her face toward Yangcong before following her Mother.
