Noble Blood: Increases the total damage you can sustain by 20%, and increases your Critical Damage Threshold by 30%. |

DATA ENTRY 001: MEDICAL LOG
Another child was brought to the nursery today, for the last stage of it's incubation. It's name is Vennel. Average battle power, despite her noble parents- both parents were elite warriors, however neither of which have have survived the war. The child should be put on the front lines. If it dies, all the better for the gene pool. If it lives? Then it will make a great addition to our forces, and mayhaps even live up to it's birthright. Either way, whatever happens, happens.

DATA ENTRY 002: MEDICAL LOG
I don't know why we keep these every day, it's not like they're important. Today we saw several wounded Saiyans come in for treatment in the recovery tanks, nothing new there. Although, we had one returning Saiyan from their proving today. Their name is Vennel, and it's resting up in a medical tank. She returned despite her low power, not sure what to make of it. She seemed pretty out of it when she arrived, but I suppose war does that to survivors. When they finally recover, I'll send them to the psych ward to get evaluated.

DATA ENTRY 003: PSYCH. EVALUATION
NAME: Vennel
D.O.B: [CORRUPT]
CLASS: Low
Subject was shown to show minor symptoms of PTSD, but nothing that would prove bothersome without treatment. According to the subject, the battle she survived saw the use of some sort of Tuffle prototype weapon, and her squad was wiped out. Thankfully her superiors brought her back, along with her squad, figuring her for a dead body in need of burial. She still wishes to fight, and in fact was impatient with the tests, and inquired if she'd have to fight anything. She's a bit impulsive, which is a sign she's a healthy, functioning member of saiyan society.
Closing thoughts: Vennel is suitable for active service.

DATA ENTRY 004: PERSONNEL DEBRIEF

MISSION: Destroy the Destron Manufacturers
LOCATION: The Ruined Metropolis
My squad and I arrived at our rendezvous with little trouble. Ruebarb caught some flak from some saibamen as we passed by the breeding pits. Cost us a half day's travel because he couldn't just keep his mouth shut. Ruebarb's the entire reason we're having to walk anyways, kid's got no talent for flying. Great set of fists though, suppose that's why he got picked for this job despite his lack of mobility. Not that flying would be ideal. There's a rundown plant out here that some tuffles are supposedly manufacturing more of that vile gas. If we don't take them out, they could spell doom for our people.
We've set up camp a few hours outside the area our target is meant to be. Bega is to be our commanding officer, and the whole reason we had to wait here for him. He's strong but he doesn't seem to think much of me or Rue. I get the feeling he plans to use us as fodder. I just hope me and Rue can pull through.

DATA ENTRY 006: MEDICAL RECORD
It's becoming a regular thing, finding Vennel coming here for medical attention. Apparently ever since they were cleared for service, they've been going on missions to any battlefield that will have them. According to the reports, they have a knack for being on teams that lose some if not all of the other team members. Top brass are catching on, rumors are that they're going on their next assignment without backup. I can only hope this will be the last time I see them darken my doorway. It's been years since they first came to my office, and their power has grown considerably, so I can only guess as to what all they've done, but as far as what I can tell, not even they should manage to make it back again.
-Doctor Choibok
DATA ENTRY 007: PERSONAL LOG
This is more of just a means to work out some frustration that I've dealt with, and clear my head. But, FINALLY- I don't have to worry about any elite coming in to take credit for everything I've done. It's been this way ever since the Destron Manufacturer plant. Bega had us charge in, and they were waiting for us. So while he hung back, he sent me and Rue in. Poor Rue didn't make it out (guess punching ain't enough, huh?) But thanks to him drawing their fire I could get in and take out the guards. Then comes Bega, thinking everything was wrapped up, came into the open, only for a sniper to take him out. Guess even these tuffle could tell who was in charge. But after dealing with the sniper, and being the last one left, reports make it out like I Killed Bega to steal HIS glory. What a crock of shit!
Anyways, at least now I have clearance for my own mission. This time I'm to take out a tuffle caravan, and bring the weapons back. Sounds easy enough, what could go wrong?
-Vennel
DATA ENTRY 008: PERSONAL LOG
SO A LOT CAN GO WRONG, IT SEEMS. Let me explain, so when I finally find this caravan, they're camping outside of Maze Canyon. That place is a labyrinth! So I have to strike now or lose them in the canyon. But theres a catch, they're not transporting the weapons- they're wielding them! And it's not a caravan, but a special forces unit. If top brass wanted me dead, they could have done it themselves. I've got to think of something or else this is not going to end well.
-Vennel
DATA ENTRY 009: PERSONAL LOG
Well that went better than I thought. All last night all I kept thinking about was how difficult this was going to be. But then I remembered something Bega talked about that night we met up with him. How we would "have nothing to fear," because he had some "moon technique," or something dumb like that? I don't know, said he could create moon light for us to transform with if things got rough.
So thinking about that, I tried doing it myself. I don't really remember too well what happened after that, because next thing I can recall I'm in some stretched out tights on top of a pile of bloody rubble. Guess I must have broken part of the canyon and buried them in it. I've just finished digging out the corpses and salvaging what I can to bring it back to the brass. Hopefully this will lead to even better jobs.

COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES:
Light Attack Technique || Ruebarb Rush || Starter TechADDITIONAL NOTES: MONKE
"I don't know, I go fast, I hit fast. What more do you want?" The user dashes towards their opponent by the safest means possible, to deliver a punch, kick, or similar single, limb based strike.
Power: 20%
KP Cost: 1 KP
Variants: N/A
Light Defensive Technique || Bega Battering Ram || 30k PL Slot
"You only hit me because I let you!" The user of this technique has taken so much damage over the years that they're more resistant to it now. The user can now leverage this increased resistance against opposition, by crashing through enemy attacks with their body as a battering ram.
Power: 20%
KP Cost: 1 KP
Variants: N/A
Light Attack Technique || Bazil Bullet || Dojo Coupon 1
"Bang!" The user of this technique forms a gun with their hand and fires a thin beam of energy at their target.
Power: 40%
KP Cost: 2 KP
Variants: N/A
Light Defensive Technique || Zanzoken || 10k PL Slot
"Now you see me, and now you don't!" The user of this technique moves at such a high speed that even the naked eye could mistake the after image left behind for the person themself. The user can use this to avoid an attack if they can move fast enough. This technique gains +40% to its power, but if an oncoming attack exceeds its effective power, it cannot be dodged with this all-or-nothing variant.
Power: 60%
KP Cost: 2 KP
Variants: Evasive
Medium Attack Technique || Bega Barrage || Starter Tech
"I'm just getting started!" The user unleashes a flurry of ki blasts at a singular target, hoping to overwhelm them with power.
Power: 70%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: N/A
Medium Defensive Technique || Ruebarb Redoubt || 20k PL Slot
"Here comes some sauce!" The user of this technique meets their opponent's attack head on! Using their power to, well, overpower their opponents' and follow up with an empowered Ruebarb Rush! Should this Defensive Technique remain unbroken, the user fires its remaining PL at an opponent as an Attack Technique with a +20% bonus to its power.
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: Reflective
Heavy Attack Technique || Bazil Blaster || Starter Tech
"Any saiyan worth their salt needs something strong in their arsenal." The user fires a powerful, fast moving beam of energy in a single direction. The energy is launched either from both hands placed out in front of them, or (when they're feeling spicy) their mouth.
Power: 100%
KP Cost: 6 KP
Variants: N/A
Light Sparking Defensive Technique || Unyun Spring || Starter Tech
"Can't catch me!" The user of this technique springs forward towards their opponent's attack, letting them hit, to better position their own attack. If you use an attack technique on the same turn as your defense technique, your attack gains +20%.
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 1 KP
Variants: Lightspeed, Evasive
Utility Technique || Flight || Starter Tech
"I don't know how it works, I just...go, okay? Jeez, are you simple?" The user can fly, using ki. Please don't ask me to explain how. It just worksTM.
Utility Technique || Keen Sense of Smell || Starter Tech
"Smell ya later!" Like most saiyans, Vennel has a keen sense of smell. Hers is so good, and she's relied on it so much, she can detect and identify people nearby based on their scent alone. This has nothing to do with strength, power, or whatever, just a really good nose, with usual nose based limitations.
Utility Technique || Power Ball || 'Ki for Dummies' Guidebook 1
"Burst open and mix!" The user of this technique can create a ball with their own ki, that, when detonated (at will) mixes the virulent ki within, and eminates blutz waves sufficient to force an oozaru transformation in any saiyan that looks at it.
Utility Technique || Unbridled Rage || 'Ki for Dummies' Guidebook 2
*Screaming in Saiyan* This is less of a technique but the result of being pushed to one's emotional and/or physical limits and needing to go even further beyond. This allows the wielder to tap into their Wrathful form!
Utility Technique || Oozaru Control || 'Ki for Dummies' Guidebook 3
Through practice specifically for this goal, Vennel has achieved control over her Oozaru form.
Utility Technique || Air Barrier || 'Ki for Dummies' Guidebook 4
Using one's own ki, they can create a sort of barrier, to keep clean air around them, and harmful contaminants away. Initially created to repel destron gas, in theory it could work on other gasses as well. (Does not affect techniques.)
STARTING LOADOUT: 5,000 XP and 2,000 Zeni. I will take the 5,000 XP in PL, if you'd please~
