Having finished his match with Paladion, Azoth ended up having not much to do before his next match, which he still did not know who it would be against considering that the other matches were still in dispute. The arcosian grew tired of watching people fight, and decided he would head to the festival ground around the stadium, where many people were having some huge outdoor party, with food to spare, activities and merchandising of the event, truly this seemed to be quite the spectacle ! These earthlings really knew how to have some fun without dragging seriousness into it, and Azoth envied that for his home.
Because of his match and how hype it was, Azoth was getting recognized in the crowd, some people cheering at him, some booing at him, and the most intense of them all, some of them seemed to have painted their face to have the same patterns as his own, blue freckles included. This kind of attention really pleased Azoth, who would of course accept to take pictures with people and essentially make an attraction of himself !
Of course, people were also asking about Paladion, which he would reassure then that they were safe and getting some repairs at the ship, which was true. Azoth would have stayed with him, but the tournament did require them to be ready for their match at a minute's notice, and the noble arcosian's inability to fly was still quite the issue when it came to fast travelling.
After a little while, the hype around Azoth would settle down, and he would return to simply visiting the ground, trying some of the food items and generally having a good time. His vacation really took a turn once all the talk of politics and conflicts died down and he was finally able to enjoy some free time on his own.
