“It was.. Strange… I could sort of FEEL a connection to them. I was honestly a bit afraid one of them might have been one of my birth parents” Ise said her expression souring at the very thought, even if Pitt and Vocado were pleasant to be around she was still rather vehemently against the idea of ever interacting with her birth parents.. Or well PARENT considering what she had learned from Vocado and Pitt. It was rather strange knowing that the woman who had given birth to her was already dead. It was a rather conflicting mixture of emotion that Ise had not really expected, she had figured she would be more decidedly pleased with such information.

Ise stuck her tongue out at Zerori as she agreed on the idea that Ise had inherited her Father’s stubbornness though the REASONING was not quite as pleasant for her “My glaring at Azoth is entirely justified and not JUST because I am stubborn!” Ise said with a huff though her words lacked any real anger as she knew Zerori was mostly unaware of the situation.

Ise chuckled as Zerori sounded not entirely on board with her description of her Father which was perhaps an ODD reaction but one Ise could sort of understand, it was tough to describe her Father in ways that for most would seem a bit unpleasant “Don’t worry, for all of that he’s still great. He’s the reason I’m as awesome as I am after all” Ise said with a grin “I’d like you to meet him some time, once you get to know him a bit hes not quite as intense as I make him seem” That was… probably not QUITE true but it might at least be a bit easier to see more than just the surface of ‘Hibernal the Terrible’ with a bit more context.

Ise frowned as Zerori mentioned her own Father, she had figured that her friend might have already met up with her own but apparently not “No luck finding him yet? Perhaps I could help, if it is anything like when I found PItt and Vocado I may be able to discern him from his pattern and energy having a familiar feel to yours?” Ise said hopefully, the only issue THERE was that Zerori bore a rather distinct feeling more familiar to Zriracha than any sort of Saiyan, the only vaguely close one was Rosemary.

“Oh that? I’d imagine it was probably some sort of silly attempt at a rebellion. That or just a failed attempt at 'revenge'” Ise said with a casual shrug, she had not bothered to learn more about the attack on the palace as it really had not felt worth the attention but in all likelihood they were a bunch of fools that knew they had no chance of removing Arcose’s control on their planet and thought destroying the Palace might make a point or something, perhaps if there was an Emperor AND their attack had killed them it might have worked.

“Hes not nearly as intimidating as I probably made him sound” Ise said with a chuckle as Zerori seemed hesitant to meet with him, though truthfully speaking it probably WAS about as intimidating as she made him sound, at least while in good health. He managed to still cultivate an aura of intimidation and strength in spite of his medical equipment due to the fact it was all designed to HELP do so. But Ise was certain he would not try to push his intimidation factor higher once Ise made it clear Zerori was a friend.

And truth be told, Zerori was currently STRONGER than her Father. At least for now she was. Perhaps after the potion was used and he had some time to recover he would recuperate back to his full strength… though that would likely still require them to work hard on helping her Father grow even stronger. Azoth was no pushover and Ise was fairly certain HIS top end of power was beyond her Father’s prior healthy strength, at least as far as Ise had felt.

Ise frowned as Zerori regaled her with the troubles she had faced in seeking out her own Father but at least she DID still have a lead even if it was pointing her in the direction of yet another planet “Maybe once my Father is healthy he might also be able to help. The NSFW has quite a lot of resources and while we hold no actual control on Earth it is possible your Father might appear on our records somewhere?” Ise said hopefully, she had to imagine that once Ise told her Father of her friendship with Zerori AND Zerori’s potion helped heal him he would be more than willing to aid in the search even if she imagine it would be indirect.

Her Father was far more likely to be focused on preparing for the conflict with Azoth once he had his strength back.

“Hm? Oh probably on the general Arcosian government, I never bothered to look into them to see what branch of it may have done whatever got them riled up, we have several organizations such as my Father’s that might have agitated them” Ise said with a shrug not giving it enough thought to consider ‘conquest of your planet’ as quite a bit more than ‘agitation’.

The thought on that was quickly distracted though as Ise’s senses picked up on the rapidly spreading fire, the strange flames also seemed to rage far faster than normal ones “uhhh best way to fight a fire is to starve it out” Ise said half to herself as she debated what to do, the problem was of course that it was spreading FAST and Ise had no easy way of denying it the fuel it needed.

“Zerori can you magic up some sort of barrier? Something the fire wont eat? I SHOULD be able to hold it back” Ise said taking a breath and rolling her shoulders as she rushed AT the magical flames energy lacing her nails as she did so. She made quick and rapid strikes at the flames as she darted around using her newest technique to weaken them.

The technique had been designed to weaken attacks aimed at her and while NORMAL fire might not be affected by it this fire very much had energy amplifying it from Zerori even if her friend no longer actively controlled it, and Ise could use her Wave Breaker to pick it apart to stem the tide for the time being.

Ise was somewhat confused by Zerori’s comments on the NSFW but the fact she had claimed to be interested in the help was really all she needed to hear. Plus there was the whole fact that Ise was presently doing her best to keep the fire contained to its general area darting around its parameter at top speed to cut back the flames as they sought to expand.

It was a surprisingly tough job considering just how potent the flames were and how frustratingly flammable the general area seemed to be. Ise nearly paused her efforts when Zerori claimed she lacked any sort of protective magic or ability to make barriers and Ise was about to suggest she try whatever magics she had used to create the food to instead create nonflammable objects, like large rocks, instead but Zerori had… well Ise was uncertain if it was a GOOD idea but it was definitely AN idea.

“Be careful Zerori” She said as she sped up her efforts even further to pen in the flames better in hopes it would aid her friend. The pair working together with quite a bit of effort finally manages to quite literally stamp out the flames with Zerori’s efforts eventually even making it so that Ise could start actively snuffing out the flames once they got weak and small enough.

The pair were eventually left quite tired when all was said and done with Zerori flopped out on the ground and Ise leaning against one of the few not crispy trees “I would not say it was not fun. A bit chaotic, but it’s always fun to hang out with you, Zerori. Meeting Zuqetta was also nice. Thank you for the party Zerori”
