The Tenka'ichi Budōkai, true to its name, truly was the Number One Under Heaven. Never in all her years had she ever encountered a martial tournament so grand, so dramatic, so filled with power… though, to be fair, Cheri’s main cultural exposure was to her own culture, which did not value martial arts as an end and only as the means to not dying, and the closest thing the Vegetans had to a martial arts tournament was a tavern brawl (for the concept of a bracket went over their heads). Still, even through her limited experiences of such a thing, she had been quite impressed with the Tournament (despite its lack of any seeding, or ‘random seeding’) in general.
That extended even off-match. Such an event must have had much in the way of corporate sponsors because even its waiting rooms, even its changing rooms, even its infirmaries were well-designed and well-decorated, aesthetically pleasing from multiple angles in the way you got from consciously designing a room to look good as the background on a pre- or post-match interview. Cheri had just gone through her post-match interview and, despite the interviewer’s best efforts at trying to frame her involvement as a negative alien influence, she had made quite well of it, choosing her words brilliantly so as to evoke maximum sympathy and in such a way as that her responses could not be edited to imply of her a mistruth.
She was here to speak to Chomei, who not long before she had defeated in the Elimination Round. As a match, it wasn’t getting nearly as much attention as any of the Top 16 matches, for it itself was not properly in the Tournament, and yet it had been influential enough to begin trending and tasty enough for the media for her to need to kindly ask the flamingo zoanthrope journalist to give her some peace as she found Chomei.
With some assistance from her scouter, she was able to locate Chomei and not any of the other Earthling martial artists, many of whom had been injured in their fights. She’d move to where her scouter indicated he was, not aware that Chomei was not the only powerful where she was going.

Entering with 32,000PL, a Scouter and Weights.
Items (3/7): Sparking Water, Healthy Bean, Energy Drink
However, based on when this is set, her Power Level should be 20,000… so I’ve set it to that with Weights. What do you mean, ‘I sense that her actual Power Level is 32k’? You must be mistaken!
