It had been a long day of training and Zuqetta had been on her way back home from the Saiba wastes. Her armor was scuffed and nicked in several locations due to the encounters with the saiba-beasts she'd had, and she overall just seemed incredibly worn out. Training had been just a tad more difficult than usual as things lingered on her mind. It wasn't too long ago that she had encountered that Namekian who tired to change her entire world view, and the questions still plagued her.
With a shake of her head, Zuqetta attempted to ignore the thoughts; her only desire now was to fill her belly, then return home to clean up and rest. She had already planned a bout with Onnio, so she didn't want to get too worked up or confused. As she walked through the lower district, she'd be greeted by several passerby's; individuals she'd formed acquaintances with and aided with small tasks over her time living with Vennel in order to broaden her assets. In spite of how downtrodden the district seemed, there were actually plenty of welcoming people.
As she continued her walk, her eyes would fall upon a familiar hot-dog cart; causing her stomach to growl in response. "Hey!" Zuqetta called out as she approached, "Cavas! Got anything good today?" She chimed cheerily as she made her way up to the cart enthusiastically.
"Well hey there kiddo, same ol' same ol'." The man responded, reaching for the ingredients in his cart and immediately preparing a hot-dog with all the fixings, "Here ya go little lady; I was about to close up shop, but I saved you my last dog." He continued with a smile, passing off the prepared hot-dog to Zuqetta.
"Hehe! Thanks! You're the best!" Zuqetta cheered with bright eyes; this ritual had been a typical day between the two of them for awhile now, making him an incredibly valuable asset. She'd helped him with moving heavy possessions and fixing up his food cart when needed; and he found her daily training and assistance endearing, and so helped her out with a free hotdog at the end of each day. It wasn't much, but it certainly made the days easier than having to suffer nutri-paste all the time!
