BACKGROUND:
Born from an elite saiyan soldier father and a tuffle mother, Yangcong was destined to join the army one day whether he wanted to join the war effort or not. When his father had passed away due to dying from the war, this instilled in him the confidence he needed to join the ranks and sign up as an infantry soldier. He however had failed the course due to not being strong enough along with not being able to turn into an ape like the other cadets. He was forced to change career paths and the only one he saw a true passion for was being a spy for the military. As a spy, he worked closely with the military and worked under countless alias and new uniforms. He had aided the Saiyan Military in gathering resources in order to help them prevail against the war. However his efforts didn't go unnoticed and he had now directly worked under Commander Garrick, who was considered one of the best commanders to work under.
While working under him for several years, Yangcong's wife had become pregnant and he had asked for a temporarily leave, which resulted in Yangcong working closer to home and going back to work for House Joki who had taken him in during his youth when his mother had passed and he had lived on the streets of Planet Plant. He was welcomed back with open arms from the Lord of that House. However when his child had been born, Yangcong's wife didn't survive and he brought his child to show the King, who he thought was his friend. The Lord had a deep hatred for hybrids so much so that he attempted to kill the child on the spot. Yangcong had taken most of the impact which resulted in the burns on his face from the blast. However his son didn't make it and with an emotional rage, he killed the Lord. He was a Wanted man for a few months, until Commander Garrick had falsified his death and had dropped the investigation all together. Yangcong had later served other Houses, where he killed other Lords while under the command of Garrick. This was a necessary deed in order to help the Saiyan Military.
After a few years had passed, Commander Garrick had been killed and Yangcong had heard the news. Not being able to trust the military due to them giving up on the investigation, Yangcong had retired and entered the criminal world. Befriending a man by the name of Derry and joining the Dirty Snakes. He has now been in the Snakes for three years and serving as their enforcer.
While working for the snakes he has acquired vast amounts of money, which in turn, allowed him to conduct various experiments on others and in hopes of giving his old body new life. He has placed nano bots inside of his body and using the tuffle's advanced technology, he has made himself strong again. He is making it his life's work to becoming not only the strongest being, but one with energy of twenty year old.

Yangcong has been training in otherworld in Hell and has returned to the living realm. He has been in hiding and currently on planet Arcose.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.
