The Land of Ice has never been known to be especially hospitable to any lifeform, with those that do live or travel to here having to put on layer after layer of fur or some other way to heat themselves, or else they would risk succumbing to the sheer cold. Moire, however, was fine as she could be, especially since she's been living inside of this newfound ice cave for some time now. The place was stocked with all sorts of different furnishings. Shelves littered with tomes, artifacts strewn about, a few chairs and a roaring fireplace kept the place warm enough for the majin. Didn't take her too long to make it all herself.
She didn't know how long she's been inside, however. Has it been just a few days? A week? Several weeks? Moire lost track of time, out here all alone in the cold reaches of the north, but it mattered little to her. Whatever happened to her back in the city, back when she took Vale's body and absorbed his power, back when she... The majin refused to think more about it, taking to one of her tomes instead, attempting to get her mind off of it all, to avoid thinking about what she had done, even if she didn't have control over herself, even if Jackie forgave her. She just knew this was for the best.
How long would it have taken until she struck someone again? It could've been minutes before she attempted to take a life against her will again, seconds, even. Being out here, all alone... It was the only way to guarantee that she can't accidentally harm anyone. Out here, she had full control.. At least, unless the mountains say so.
The earth begins to quake, and the majin's head perks up. The sound of rushing snow was rather faint, distant, but very much present. She's had a few avalanches around the area before, threatening to bury the entrance to her dwelling. She gets up from her chair and flies over towards the entrance, looking around to see where exactly this avalanche was heading, and if she needs to interfere. Sure enough, there was one heading right towards the entrance, a good while's away, but it'll surely arrive in a few minutes.
At that moment, the silver linings of her dress begin to glow a bright red, something begins to materialize on top of the majin's head, and her eyes begin glowing a far brighter red than ever before as she floats over towards the incoming natural disaster. At the very least, she has another distraction ahead of her...
