DISTINGUISHING MARKS:: Liv has a scar on her left cheek
ATTIRE:: Liv sports a white vest over a blue shirt, gold bands over the black sleeves on her arms. She wears loose fitting gi pants the same color as her vest, with a sash the same color as her shirt, and a worn pair of monk shoes with wraps around the ankles.


BACKGROUND:

Oliver was a soldier turned monk, who deserted the saiyan army when he became convinced that it could no longer hold its own weight among the stars. It had grown weak in his eyes, and become no better than the arcosians as they squabbled and fought amongst their own for the right to sit upon a chair to bark. The saiyans of today had grown soft in his eyes, thus did he travel the world, then the stars, in pursuit of a conquest worthy to call his own. He found a monk, trained under him, then killed him. As was the tradition of their people to pass on wisdom in this place, that I will not mention. He returned to the life he left behind, only to discover his son and his bride had been taken in the war in his time of selfishness.

He took on the moniker of 'Ollie' - maybe as some means to put his anger behind him. Then he sought out the granddaughter who had fallen into the care of the local orphanage. By the time she was put into his care, Olivia had grown into a spiteful, angry, and vicious child. She developed a reputation among the other orphans as a leader of the helpless against the bullies - or better known as the bully of the bullies. If there were kids being picked on, Liv was quick to drop the instigator in her own sick, pleasurable way - beating the living lights out of them. She reflected much of what Ollie used to be himself, a traditionalist saiyan who thirsted for nothing more than combat and conquering.

Oliver decided to hone the anger and resentment in that girl, and tried the best to bond with her by training her in the same manner he had with the monk, in that place. Liv took a quick learning to the disciplines, but found more of her time helping Ollie in his new venture of attempting to establish a vineyard somewhere in the vast acreage of the Berri Forest. Her grandfather had taken a liking to fruit based wines during his travels, and found them rather lacking in the norm around the area. They weren't living like warriors, they were both hiding from his ghosts. In time she grew to resent him, not only for the endless chores intended to teach discipline and responsibility, but for the hypocrite he was becoming - the one she was being forced to become. A rebellious phase soon kicked in, where Olivia decided enough was enough, then absconded into the night one evening with her grandmother's clothes.

A pair of orbs are primed in the hands, then brought together to be fired with a deceptive amount of speed behind it. This has lead many a fool to underestimate its power.

A technique designed for a single purpose: annihilation. Power is focused into an small ki orb inverted in color within the palm of one's hand, before it is cast forward into an area to ruin the day of anything caught in the blast.

Utility Technique || Wild Instincts
Another 'sense' or current can be picked up off the airs in an atmosphere, attuning an awareness to the level of energies around oneself. This picks up the biological power levels and a vague direction of presence of organic beings not utilizing camouflage techniques.

Utility Technique || Savage Heart
Olivia's rage is something to behold, a primal savagery that is capable of enhancing her strikes to inflict additional harm, and strike potential fear (with OOC consent) in those who feel them. This simply reflavors Restrained Might to make her more scary. Rawr.
