Man, he kind of disliked that word. Otherworldly.

Not only was it slightly complicated to repeat and spell, because of all those L's right there, but it was just outright disgusting to him. It was almost like he suddenly had a mental gag reflex that would have rather had him throw up than anything, but well, whatever. It was just a strange word. But well, he did not know how to think of it, instead he just believed that it was not so strange. Sure enough most of his diet was compromised of fruit, that much was true, so he did not what was so wrong with getting something different every once in a while.

"Err, ehhh. I guess. Balance and all that. I think it is just the way it works, you know."

The monkey admitted, it was not like he had any philosophy whatsoever besides what the old man passed on to him, which reminded him that he would one day have to actually go and visit him. It had been a while, so he wondered what he was up to. But that was not a concern for now, he did not have to return home so soon, not before he had managed to accomplish that which he sought.

"Hmm. You sure?"

He said, more like to himself than anything else. I mean it was not like he really was that desperate to be noticed by Jackie, but well, it appeared she was potentially one of the strongest people around, so well it was most likely one of the more interesting people to him for sure. Unlike other people he had met which were just fine in comparison, not to him of course, but in general.

"I do not know. Maybe I will try poking her again, if I see her. Not sure where or what she is up to."

Bansho responded, while his head simply leaned back into the cloud with both eyes shut, with the full intent of just trying to be at ease with himself. He did not need more of anything, it was already a weird day with the strange stuff he muttered to himself sometimes when he noticed some stuff, and by now he had only managed to achieve part of his secondary objective which was harvesting stuff. Besides that, he did not get to enjoy some dino meat, but at least he got to try this stuff.

"For now at least, she is safe. We will see in the future."

He repeated, but otherwise the animal was no longer part of his interests. Right now he was just trying to take it easy, and by that, nearly he had almost even forgotten that Rhapsody was there to begin with until she expressed her own departure. The monkey king opened an eye and looked at her, his expression rather void and confused when he received something? From her? He blinked and just looked back at her, watching her leave silently.

"Huh. How nice. She reminds me of..."

The monkey king remained silent, with a hint of sadness almost, as an image appeared in his mind, what appeared to be a long-haired woman with a long dress, simple and refined much like a priest, before he just exhaled sharply through his nostrils and his hands began to pick away at the cloth, revealing a massive peach. He smirked and just leaned once more back into his clouds, his teeth happily chipped away at the fruit while once more in his element, having already moved on from the feeling.

Just a little relax before he would return to his training.
