Getting the Reps In (Chomei)

The man seemed to sit before the window for a while, processing what Chomei said. The tuffle turning slowly, Chomei prepared himself, not really for an answer, but for a further continuation of their fight. From experience, that's how these things tended to go. He began to approach him, though he quirked a brow at his method. He moved so unbelievably slow, shuffling his feet together, that Chomei assumed this was some sort of psychological attack. All the while, he spoke like some kind of riddle villain in a Saturday morning cartoon.

A little unsure of this whole situation, Chomei leaned back and replied under his breath. "Yeah... I'd love to see what's goin on in there... I'm sure it'd be real entertaining." He was a little less sure about his other claim, but soon enough, they were close enough that a fight could easily resume. His eye twitched to the man's hand as he suddenly tossed something at his feet. An explosion of smoke followed, but Chomei remained unmoving. His primal instincts would be more than enough to respond to any attack through the fog.

But he felt the danger begin to recede, and he realized after a minute or so that Dan had decided to flee! He scratched his chin uncertainly. Maybe he'd gone to the village? He seemed certain that he could convince any folks that came on by. He hoped not, that'd put a lot of folks in danger. He decided to make a brisk jog over, just to make sure. But he never did see Sen again that day.
