With the wild way she had been swinging her arm around, it was a miracle neither of the first two shots had found the hybrid. She growled and sneered with her rising blood lust, but the third time the Tuffle's weapon hummed, it was for just a little bit longer. That could only mean one thing...

Rosemary grit her teeth, and a further gout of thick black smoke poured from her mouth. With only a single hand to defend herself in such a brief moment, she altered the course of her club and swung the weapon up and between herself and the oncoming bolt of pink energy. She had no way of knowing that this bolt was just that little more powerful than the last, but still, she was somewhat successful in defending herself.

As her club collided with the bolt, the pink-haired woman's attack was redirected upwards, where it struck through the ceiling with an almost clean cut. However, the sheer amount of force behind it sent the hybrid tumbling backwards, where she only corrected herself and stopped her roll on all fours, just in the shaft of moonlight coming in from above.

"Heh. Not bad." Rosemary complimented her foe with a brief, forceful chuckle. Her skin practically crawled with the competitive need to best the Tuffle. Her hair stood on end for a moment after such a violent blast. Her eyes, however, were joyous and gleeful.

This was fun!

"Let's make things," the hybrid spoke as an ever thicker smog poured from between her lips, and her attention swiveled upward. "More interesting." At the moment, her location didn't matter. Her safety didn't matter. Returning to Vegeta didn't matter. All that she cared to do was to win, and the thought of causing more destruction to the Tuffle in the city, albeit a brief thought, did excite her further.

A dense, heavy pulse of power coursed through the hybrid as her eyes settled on the utterly beautiful sight of the moon through the hole in the ceiling; it was almost audible in the otherwise quiet room. Then, it rang again. And again. Like a heartbeat, it quickened with every loud pulse, as the hybrid's red eyes glowed with newfound strength. Her tail hitched and thrashed about, and then...

Rosemary vanished, blown away like so much smoke on the breeze from her position in the shaft of moonlight.

For several seconds, that was all that'd happened. There was no dramatic growth in size. There was no wanton destruction. There was nothing at all...

Until an unbelievably loud roar pierced the night air, and the roof of the building was torn away by a great, swift object that had been swung at it just for that purpose. From the night sky, two gigantic, red eyes peered in at the pink-haired woman. A bestial maw grinned down at her. A long, sinuous tail snapped against the landscape, caving in the roof of a nearby office. The skyscraper-sized club was raised in one hand.

And, an evil, angry laugh filled the minds of all those in the vicinity.

The transformed hybrid swung her weapon down at her foe. A true demon had appeared in Hatchi City.

Rosemary deflects the Lightspeed Shot with a Great Pummel, taking half damage! She retaliates by transforming into the Makyoozaru (x5), and takes her second wind in the process! Her new PL is 25k. Damage: 0% KP: 1/6 -1 MP: 0/6 -6

Oh, blasted, now there’s a hole in the roof. Well, no matter. We’ll just get that patched up, and the next full moon isn’t even until the 21st.

Rosemary looked up at the hole in the roof, at the full moon coincidentally visible through it, as a wave of energy washed over her. Cheri, briefly confused, saw that her scouter was picking up an increase in the level of Blutz waves. Then, to alleviate her confusion, checked the calendar. Oh. It IS the 21st. Fuck.

Rosemary grew in size, and got a bit hairier, etcetera etcetera. ”Oh come on.” With such a dramatic increase in size, it was only inevitable that the new Great Ape grew so large that they grew through the roof, ruining it in the process and forcing Cheri to dash between falling chunks of material.

Cheri looked up at the terrifying monkey, hands by her hips, foot tapping on the ground impatiently. ”You dolt. Not only have you destroyed that perfectly good roof, but you may as well have shot yourself in the foot. You’ll be outnumbered soon enough.”

Oh well. Before such a time came, she’d need to catch this thing’s attention.

Pink energy flowed around Cheri. ”But, fine! Have it your way!” Adrenaline flowed through her veins and, over a few seconds, her Power Level would double. ”Here’s your toy, you big baby!”

Cheri brought her hands together, and programmable matter moved over them, forming a large parabolic laser shaft over the further half of her arms. After a moment, it shot a blast of pink, lightspeed ki, larger than any she’d fired this whole time.

Cheri uses 4MP to use a Transformation Boost. This increases her transformation modifier by 1 for the rest of the turn. This gives her a x2, for 10,000PL.
Then, she activates Desperation, giving her a x3 for 15,000.
Then, she uses a Light-Speed Shot, which has a Power Level of 4,500PL and is Homing.

It was utterly euphoric, to stand above the fragile city. The wailing of alarms and sirens was music to her ears. The light of the moon bathed her in unparalleled strength. Everything that the celestial goddess illuminated would soon be destroyed, just as her instinct demanded was to happen.

Rosemary roared again, and bellowed to the heavens themselves her primal rage and fury. How much of the hybrid's mind remained in the body of the beast? It was difficult to tell. There was nothing near that she needed to avoid. There were no allies. This night, she could just simply let loose and indulge herself for as long as it took her to be satisfied. It was as close to paradise as she could ever imagine.

A bright, pink bolt of energy drew the monster's attention, though for all the effort that must have gone into the attack, it merely scraped the surface of the gargantuan's stretched battle armor. A loud, deep chuckle rumbled in the Makyoozaru's throat, and just seconds after its club had hit the ground with an earth-shaking amount of force, the weapon was raised and swung through the remainder of the ruined hall, towards the pink-haired foe.

All around the pair, chaos had begun to break out. The full might of the hybrid's telepathy radiated out without any semblance of control, driving those of the populace with weaker wills to commit the very same violence that the beast carried out. Friend attacked friend, and panic and anger reigned for several city blocks in all directions.

All the while, that maniacal, insane laughter rang in the minds of those nearby.

We're opening up the thread to others. For the newbies, Rosemary's Dark Whispers is projecting thoughts of violence and destruction into the minds of those present. It's entirely fluff, so whether a character succumbs to these feelings is up to the player. The Makyoozaru tanks Cheri's Lightspeed Shot without any significant signs of damage! It reacts with a mighty (basic) swing of its giant club! Damage: 18% KP: 3/6 +2 MP: 1/6 +1

Seed was having what they could probably call an average day. A day filled with poking, prodding, training, and diagnostics of their various systems and abilities. However, that day was interrupted when one of the interns snapped and started bashing in various pieces of equipment. Then Dr. Pomen started attacking Dr. Peer while screaming about his wife. Dr. Peesh pulled out an honest-to-god military-grade firearm and started shooting at anything that moved while ranting about his brilliance and nobody respecting him. Seed, meanwhile, realized that some part of their dispersed consciousness was receiving violent imagery and calls to perform violence. Recognizing the psychic attack, Seed loaded a looped repetition of their primary objectives as a sort of mantra in the affected portions to block out the imagery, and locked said portions out of any decision-making or critical-thinking tasks.

Seed enters the thread with 5,000 PL and does not choose violence today!

With their own sanity assured, Seed could focus on looking after their creators and team. This meant restraints... Utilizing local materials, Seed created a very basic material... the Tuffle equivalent of Duct Tape. Since none of the research team was ki-trained, this was a simple matter of moving very quickly, taking shots, and tying up the crazed team. Alongside providing emergency first-aid based on templates Seed had been given. Emergency services were contacted via a comm terminal on the wall, and then Seed did a wide sweep with their sensor packet to see just what was causing this psychosis.

They detected an absolutely MASSIVE powerlevel near the newly constructed forum, and began running that way. Seed reminded themselves to try and learn how to fly or travel more quickly sometime in the near future. While they did this, they unlocked their full power. What was a mass of fuzzy vegetation and cables soon became something like an idealized Tuffle form, skinless and with vines and cables as the musculature...

So it was that this abomination of plant and machine matter appeared right where what appeared to be an Oozaroo was popping out of a roof. The abomination grew several razor sharp leaves, and LAUNCHED them at the thing's back, red eyes staring at its form and attempting to analyze it. Their internal comm system, attached to the scanners, picked up a familiar signature while they attacked...

Seed uses Razor Leaf at 40% PL!

Immediately after having shot that Lightspeed Shot, Cheri winced. Not in pain, no, but still an autonomous bodily reaction— though, in this case, more of a mental reaction— fighting back against the suggestions of rage and violence that were flooding the whole area simply by having Rosemary in her state nearby.

But there was no time to resist when a giant club as large as this situation was poor came in about to smash not only you, but the building you were standing in. Quickly, Cheri did all she could think to do, and move her hands up to catch the attack, bringing most of her programmable matter to reinforce her arms and give herself a larger ‘catching mitt’... but, even with a precaution such as this, the Makyoozaru was just too strong, and Cheri ended up embedded half in the floor in a building with no real roof and some walls you could probably blow over at this point.

By the time Cheri got out of that Cheri-shaped hole Rosemary had kindly made for her, there was something quite different about her. For one, her expression shifted, no longer even attempting the usual enraging smug that worked so well, no, for at least some measure of the dark whispers had gotten through and had sent her humours down the choleric end. For two, her whole get-up appeared to have changed! Her suit, which itself was generally made of programmable matter, was shaped as it was through being thought of as that way, and of her thinking to make it that way. But, with a distracting whisper in her mind, all her attention turned to destroying the Great Ape. No, for the most part, she was back to wearing the formal military uniform she had been wearing before… but, did all of that programmable matter just go back into its holes? No. No, through some measure of demonic subconscious influence, they formed black spiked thick gauntlets, boots and cauldrons, constantly shifting like ferrofluid.

Normally she would have been very glad to see Seed but, here, had only a few words to say. ”We need to kill it or cut its tail off!” Fortunately she was able to express the anger against the enemy and not, say, Seed, or anything else.

Cheri herself would jump onto the leg of the Great Ape and would begin to climb upwards with unconsciously-formed programmable matter claws aiding the process. They were mostly good in assisting her climb up the fur, but they would probably hurt and make cuts the whole way up, so that was an added bonus. "I think I'll go for the neck."

A darker, more sinister laugh joined the insane noise that rang within the minds of those unfortunate enough to be near to the monster. It obviously took great joy in seeing its foe be smashed underneath the weight of its weapon. Its large, red eyes looked down at the crater left from its weapon with menace and glee, and it raised its club once more to finish off the Tuffle...

Its attention was stolen by the feeling of something hitting its back; glancing off its armor but not without enough force to be noticed. The beast turned its head with horrible fury, and settled its sight on the other small, but now green figure. A deep, throaty laugh rumbled from within the beast's breast, and it raised its weapon to do battle with this new foe.

In all this excitement, it had barely noticed the pink-haired woman now climbing up its leg, and when it took its step, the Tuffle would no doubt have difficulty holding on.

The Makyoozaru raised its foot high above the green creature, and brought its insanely large boot down upon it as though to squish a bug that was getting in the way. It wouldn't stop at just one stomp, though. It kept going, and going, and going until the symphony of its steps nearly drowned out the cacophony of chaos coming from the city around them.

Rosemary is hit by Razor Leaf, but Grass has no type advantage against Fighting and Dark! It's not very effective!

Seed did not like the tone in Cheri's voice, it was very similar to the voices of Doctor Peesh and his staff mere minutes ago. Deciding to take a few moments to browse through their internal data files for any pertinent advice on dealing with this psychological problem of anger... Seed was not prepared to get out of the way of the giant boot that came crashing down upon them. The green biodroid was crushed... over... and over... and over... and over... and over...

The first time that foot stomped down, it created a boot-shaped crater in the ground. The second time it stomped, it deepened the crater. So did the third stomp. And the fourth. And the fifth. And so on and so on. Seed's biomass and programmable matter quickly became a thin sheet of material inside of that crater... a thin sheet that was very still for a few moments after the demonic oozaroo stopped her assault.

Then the shit began to coalesce... and become more solid... and then form structures, lattices, support... Vines were regenerated, wire mesh came back into being, red eyes stared up at the invader. It appeared as though Seed was completely uninjured, despite being squashed flatter than a bug mere moments ago. A surprisingly cheery voiced that sounded like a chorus of vibrations attempting speech echoed up to Rosemary.

"Greetings, Saiyan. I apologize, but due to my programming and your current location, I must obey my third objective and exterminate you. I am permitted extreme prejudice in this matter, so it will most likely be very painful if I succeed."

Seed's talking a big game, but they don't use a technique this turn!  How will this turn out?

When the Great Ape took its step, Cheri barely took notice. But, when the leg forcefully came down with all the power a train as thrown off of another train… Cheri kept staying there, despite the great forces, simply by the sheer force with which she was climbing, clawing up the fur and, where the fur was not sufficiently thin, against the skin. Through the continual stomping, Cheri remained there, climbing. That was, until after one stomp, when the leg was being brought back up again for another stomp, Cheri let go and went with the upwards velocity, only to ‘catch’ onto the fur again halfway up the chest.

”GGGHAAAAAHHHHHH!!!”

She would continue climbing, but even more forcefully, more quickly and, even through the fur, her claws had a burning ki to them; Rosemary would likely begin to feel a stinging sensation as Cheri climbed up her Makyoozaru body, a pain not so easily ignored, despite being so slight.

… That was, until Cheri suddenly saw a film crew distantly on the street. She thought of what she must have looked like, in a situation like this. For what was more powerful than a demonic rage, the destructive need and anger of the Id? The concerns about how they fit into their society, about how they were viewed. The ‘rational’ self-interest on the public stage. The Superego, Cheri’s domain. She found herself, suddenly, clinging for her life on the fur of an Oozaru, her programmable matter once again stable and unaltered, her battlesuit as it ought to have been, in a rather strange position. Still, better make the best of it: she would form a grappling hook. Then, she would try to shoot it over Rosemary’s shoulder to try to pull herself up there. From the Great Ape’s shoulder, she should be in a far better position to deal a lot of damage directly to the head.

”Oh, the things I do…” she said, to no one in particular.

It was a cold night in the lab.

Satsuma was performing some repairs on another of his fourth generation DD-series battledroids, designation DD-07V4. Sprawled on the table were various limbs, connected to one another by a long series of tubes and wires. Were you uninformed, you might have been none the wiser to the living nature of the creature on the slab, most likely mistaking it for some kind of very specific puzzle, or a complicated demonstation on the merits of disorganized wiring in an electrical circuit.

"Oh Ponkan," He murmured, stripping the wires that connected to the android's mechanical heart. "I've told you before that you really aren't equipped to handle an Oozaru attack alone." With a strained voice, the lilac haired creation replied. "I know, doctor. My apologies."

With a caring hand, Satsuma swept back the hair of his creation and clicked a small hatch open as he clicked a cartridge into the side of his head, a meter attached giving off important readings. "At least we don't need to worry about Oozaru attacks this close to the city..."

It was with a heart heavy with irony that Satsuma glanced out the window of his third story laboratory that he found himself jinxed by his own words. Not even barely a few blocks away a great ape towered over the city scape, flashes of light and energy surrounding it. "Just my luck..." He murmured, crossing the room to the deactivated droid in the corner of the room.

"Iyokan, wake up."

With a flicker of light, the blank eyes of the destron droid came to live, a red bar forming a curved line around the ridge of her cornea, swirling much alike a buffering bar in a browser as her vision clicked into view and she saw her father before her. Before she could ask what was wrong, her built in sensors were flooded with emergency notifications.

"Active Oozaru Presence detected within the boundaries of Hatchi City. Permission to engage, father?"

Satsuma would be impressed had he not programmed his daughter to calculate and respond faster than most of the super computers he possessed in his lab. He paused for a moment, uncertain if it was worth sending Iyokan just yet, but before he could weigh the pros and cons, another alert came through and Iyokan took action.

"Engaging."

Right through the window she went, and Satsuma sighed as he signaled to his service droids Veis and Libit to clean up the mess, heading to the roof to get into his Combat Observation Pod(COP).

Rocketing through the air, blipping into the present like the split second of frame you see when flicking through channels, Iyokan appeared. As a small blur of purple energy began to fizzle into view at the end of her palm, which was trained on the hulking ape in front of her, she addressed her company in the battle. Both powers she recognized. "Greetings, Seed and General Cheri. Forgive my lack of formality, but it is of grave importance that we neutralize the enemy threat immediately, and time is in short supply. Activating dCore.exe."

As she spoke her last word, her body vented a gust of destron into the air in her immediate vicinity, and the purple orb of destron-infused energy expanded to five times it's original size before she fired it directly at the Oozaru menace.

"Apologies, this will hurt."

Ever more laughter rang out, as the Makyoozaru utterly crushed its foe into nothing short of a fine powder underneath its heal. Its blood boiled in its veins at the sight and feel of a kill. Its excitement built further, and its telepathic cries only grew in their intensity.

Somewhere in the midst of its fun, a gnat had found purchase within its fur enough to cause some irritation. Without looking, it swatted nonchalantly at the bug with its free hand, entirely unaware that the source of its irritation was, in fact, the Tuffle that it had been fighting for some time now.

However, the beast could barely afford the few moments to worry about such an irritation. Before its very eyes, the green Tuffle was rebuilt in the crater where its boot had been. The beast glared down at the figure with renewed rage and malice, but before it could attack, another interfered...

This new source of a voice was the purple-haired Tuffle flying -floating, rather- right before its eyes. With so many things to attack and to kill, the beast was hardly wanting for a fight. However, to have so many different directions pulling at its attention was stressful. It growled, and raised its weapon to meet the large orb that had burst into existence beside the purple-haired one.

Fueled by its rage, the Makyoozaru exhaled thick tufts of smoke from its mouth, and brought the brunt of its weapon down against the orb of energy. A deep black pulse of energy shot from its fur, and just as the two attacks were to collide, the iron club darkened significantly in color.

The purple orb of energy never survived the clash, yet the beast's weapon continued on its path towards the one who had thrown it!

Rosemary never even notices that Cheri is attempting to scale her, and attempts to wipe her away without a second thought. She retaliates against the D.R. Malware Byte with her Great Pummel and Demonic Might for 7.5k damage! After the clash, a further 3,750 PL in damage is headed towards Iyokan!

Seed narrowly avoided yet another round of stomping and squishing. They also suddenly received back-up in the form of a friendly-ish android that was also built to combat Saiyans. Both of these things were good. What was NOT good, however, was how the Oozaru somehow avoided any damage, or at least any SIGNIFICANT, damage from the other fighters. Calculations were made... Seed's full power was not enough to do anything to the Oozaru. Cheri and Iyokan were also more experienced combatants that Seed, who had not yet even received a full field test. Therefore, there was little that Seed could do when attacking.

Except... Seed COULD help whittle down the Oozaru's defenses and create openings for their allies. The mass of plants and wires held up a hand and pointed it in the direction of their foe's chest and head.

"General, I would recommend that you hold your breath..."

That was about all the warning that Seed sent crackling over the trio's shared comm frequency before they threw a trio of little orbs that had grown from their hand. This trio was sent flying right for Rosemary's head... upon impact, the orbs would EXPLODE with more force than most grenades, while scattering dust of some sort around...

Seed uses SLEEPY SPORES at 20% PL, and activates his borrowed COMBAT LEARNING TRAIT!
Replacing Exhaust variant with Inspire, with the Inspire aimed at Iyokan!
2,000 PL of damage is heading for Rosemary, let's hope some of it hits!

While Cheri had intended to reach the Great Ape’s shoulders, a new opportunity had presented itself. And when I say ‘presented itself’, I meant more in the capacity that it came flying at her out of left field. Without all that much choice in the matter, Cheri jumped from Rosemary’s upper torso to the swatting hand, where she would cling on for dear life.

Cheri greeted Iyokan with the standard nod of the head, which was just about the most appropriate wordless greeting she could give. Then, simply: ”Indeed!” After all, she wasn’t in the best opportunity for much more.

Feeling that this was a decent opportunity, Cheri formed a dagger under her left arm, though perhaps ‘dagger’ wasn’t entirely appropriate in this case given that it was more of a point, an oversized needle, with three glowing thin lines of pink moving up its length that betrayed its purpose. This was the piercing, penetrating point of the Pink Poison Punisher and, even considering the size of her opponent, Cheri knew it was perfectly suited for a situation like this. And this… this was looking like a pretty good situation, actually. But, when she tried to stab it in, it simply failed to penetrate the thick skin. And, besides, the hand certainly wasn’t the ideal spot to inject a poison. No, she would have to weaken the skin first. Oh, and, also, she had some spores to avoid, so:

Cheri threw herself straight upwards, high enough to have a moment to aim as she fell and high enough to avoid the explosive force of Seed’s attack. Where did she aim? The Great Ape’s deltoid, obviously: the best place to inject. Specifically, the left one. With a quick blast of her Lightspeed Shot, pink and fast as always, she should not only burn away the fur on a rather specific spot, but she should weaken the skin there enough for her blade to have easy access.

Cheri would fall onto the roof of a nearby building. Due to its height she hadn’t been falling too long, so her stop wasn’t too forceful, and the building roof was well-constructed anyway, so it didn’t suffer any meaningful damage. "Good. Keep the pressure on!"

Cheri tried to use the Pink Poison Punisher, but then realised the hard way that she didn’t have the Momentum for it.

Instead, Cheri uses a Lightspeed Shot against Rosemary. It has 3,000PL and is Homing!

Iyokan watched, her eyes keenly scanning the energy she had sent toward the raging beast. In a huge huff of smoke and blackened hue the destonite blast was popped like a bubble, a waning beam of black hurtling through the air toward her.

"Iyokan! Evasive maneuvers, please." A voice fizzled into play inside the back of her head, the familiar tones of her father. Iyokan had already began to act as the message entered her mind, and had ignored her fathers advice. By her calculations, the damage she would receive was not enough to warrant any mortal concern. As the blast hit her point blank, she braced with her forearms in an X shaped formation, taking the brunt before pushing on.

From above, a bright spotlight shone onto the beast out of a hovering orb, a booming and magnificent old voice screeching through an enormous network of acoustic chambers and speaker relays throughout the city. "Halt! You are trespassing in this city! Leave immediately, by order of the Tuffle Military Sciences Division of Plant."

Now Satsuma was not dull enough to think ordering the ape to leave would do anything, but the wider presence of powers and authorities would do something to console the scared and endangered populace nearby, and would do wonders for marketing when he could say he showed up personally to counter a threat of this category.

Iyokan and Satumsa both watched as Seed deployed an interesting attack, with a trio of orbs exploding and scattering a peculiar substance that left Satsuma cursing that he had not thought to bring his matter substance analyzer to battle. Always bring the MSA. The was the rule. With a small palm to the face, he shrugged it off, seeing that Seed's primary goal was likely to distract or create openings with the minimal power he had put into the attack.

Following suit, he unleashed a small swarm of basketball-sized orbs that began to circle wildly around the ape, shooting bullets at the ape. Relatively harmless, given the size and immense strength and durability of the beast, but a distraction nonetheless.

As the distraction formed, Iyokan began to charge. This seemed a good opportunity to unleash her most powerful combat application - but she'd need a little more in the tank to execute that. "Cover me."

The Makyoozaru's frustration with the situation only grew with the noise that definitely did not belong to the screaming populace of the city. The gnat returned and bit it with a bright, pink light. The green one threw something at its face that exploded with little force, but spread a dust through the air that irritated and stung at its eyes. Something... Someone was speaking; ordering it to leave.

It howled with a great and booming laugh, one which shook and shattered the glass of a nearby building with its sheer size and weight. The beast drew in a large breath, inhaling the spores in the process, and quickly blew at the speaking orb of light that had tried to interfere. It sneered in glee as the orb was sent flying by the strong winds, where it smashed into a high rise office and came to a stop.

Weak!

Rosemary's voice rang in the minds of those particularly close by. With it, she assailed her foes with visions of the destruction she would bring to Hatchi City in the coming moments. It would burn under her gaze. It would crumble to her strength.

You're so weak!

The monstrous ape roared and swung its massive weapon with reckless abandon all around it in an attempt to ground the smaller orbs of light that had begun to shoot at it. It was somewhat successful, but what they lacked in durability was more than made up for with numbers that simply replaced those that were knocked down.

Rosemary takes both attacks without pause, and begins to show the Tuffle visions of their destroyed city in her madness!

Seed felt a second wave of psychic assault run over their scattered mind, Rosemary sent images of the city in ruins... its people dead... plants and animals destroyed or slowly dying off... While Seed's gestalt consciousness protected them from the worst of the effects, it was still a disconcerting thing to see. Vines and cables wriggled and slithered around on Seed's body, as if trying to escape from whatever the source was of these bad visions... only to be replaced by other parts also struggling and fleeing.

"I do not enjoy this sensation..."

After that dramatic understatement, Seed went on the attack. The gigantic Oozaru was the source of these assaults, they were sure of it. Thus, a pair of fists the size of an individual Tuffle suddenly extended from Seed's body, aimed at the toes of the foot that had stomped them earlier. It wasn't too much, but it would be distracting for the giant ape, and perhaps pull some attention away from the others.

As Seed began their assault of mashing down on poor toesies, they spoke through the comms channel once more.

"I would advise aiming for the tail. My data on Saiyans indicates that the tail is the source of their transformative powers. Once it is cut, the enemy should revert back to their original, more easily contained form."

Seed uses no techniques this round!
