It was clear the conversation had become a mixture of confusing and stressful for a few of the ones taking part in it, and given what it had spawned from, it wasn't too far fetched to say Ward understood why. Often times he was oblivious to the nuance of mortal conversation in a way that Phakk wasn't, but the tension hung in the air so thick is nearly had a taste to it. Ollo looked more than ready to run away, but was clearly too polite to do so, so it came as no surprise when they started to talk as if they were just as ready to wrap up the conversation and cut their meeting short. There was still much to do for Ward and Phakk no doubt, but perhaps the meeting had proven a minuscule insight and a momentary reprieve all the same.
"I hope we didn't add too much stress to your thoughts. Perhaps when the proverbial dust settles and we are all in better states of mind we can meet once more.
Looking to Phakk he simply gave her a nod knowing she'd probably feel some sort of guilt as she was more prone to that than he was himself, and hoped he could give her a bit of wordless assurance. The other Shinjin spoke up before he gave more than a look, turning to them, seeming ready to leave as well.
"It seems we are all looking for our chance to leave, so perhaps this as good a time as any for us to do the same. What do you say Phakk? This place has likely seen more than enough of us for now."
Turning away he clasped his hands behind his back, motioning with his head for her to follow him as he began to walk the opposite direction of Ollo.
