BACKGROUND: Tambo's life is one of tradition and duty. Since birth, he was destined to become dragonsmith, following in the footsteps of his father. This function had been occupied by their line for eons and it was of utmost importance to pass down their knowledge to their offspring so they would, too, keep forging. This special steel working was a perfect balance between magic and sweat, imbuing their very essence into the pieces they would forge. Be it ornaments that would start glowing when other namekians walked nearby or in rare cases weapons with magical potential, their works were revered among namekians and usually reserved for temples and other holy grounds. An intricate process that required absolute devotion and that could not be so easily taught.
So he lived within the forge for the majority of his life, amidst the unbearable heat and the smell of molten steel. These hardships eventually forged his own body into one of both physical strength and mysticism. He was taught humility by his father, as their work was meant for collectivity and not for their personal gain. He was taught resilience as he endured difficult conditions. And he was also taught wisdom through meditation and time spent alone, as he forged to forever keep namekian culture alive and strong. While not the usual way for dragon clan namekians to learn the mystical ways of their people, this was the path he took.
Eventually, his father retired after passing down on Tambo everything he knew. Still forging ahead, it was now his turn to refine and develop the techniques he learned, adapting to the ever-changing reality of this world while maintaining the culture intact.
Through years of working in the depths of planet Namek herself, he began feeling a deeper connection to his homeworld, being able to sense the very life force dwelling in it. This mystical connection, one of spirituality, allowed him to manifest it in the form of a small dragon companion named Sihai. This creature, forged from the best minerals he possessed, was sculpted using his own magic and healing properties. Through a complex ritual, the stone became life and thus was born this small animal, a living part of planet Namek.
Nowadays, Tambo could be considered a serene man, passionate about his work. He has a powerful sense of duty towards his people, since he assumes a role not many namekians are able to do. Steel working being his trade, he pours his soul into the ornaments he creates, imbuing them with his own essence. Yet, despite the status that comes along with such a complex work, he remains very humble and welcoming. He watches over his people with indiscriminate love and pride and although he is seen as a hermit, he welcomes everyone who dare visit him in his forge. While a rather serious individual, he firmly believes everything should be done at the best of one's abilities, to obtain the best results.
However, the middle-aged namekian has no tolerance towards impertinence and malice. Such things only bring hatred and negativity and where others may have mercy towards evil, Tambo has none. The man strives only for peace and will find himself on the frontline should evil attempt to disrupt the balance.
An artist through and through, he is fascinated by architecture, especially from other species. Oftentimes, he finds them to be lacking any sort of craftsmanship and beauty, reinforcing his ego and love of his craft.

You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.

Tambo's hammer begins glowing with golden energy. Smashing his target with it, the energy contained discharges, creating an explosion of golden fire that inspires others.

Tambo puts his hammer in front of him, clashing with an incoming attack. His hammer can absorb energy up to a certain threshold before being overwhelmed. Should he be able to contain the attack, he will purify a part of the energy contained and send it back towards the initial attacker, striking them with a pure wave of energy.

Tambo drops his hammer and brings his hand together, chanting a prayer to Porunga. Magic begins filling the area surrounding Tambo, rising from the earth and its sparkling golden hue begins forming trails on the ground, tracing Namekian symbols. As he is granted Porunga's boon, friendly units find themselves shielded from harm, the soothing glow and warmth of the energy easing their pain, leaving them invigorated.
