Apparently, Arzhael's comment on Virus's fighting style finally had some reaction from the creature. The Demon grinned for a moment before his expression shifted when the monster acknowledged his lacking fighting style, then insinuated that it was going to change... had this creature been under-estimating him this whole time? That would visibly irritate the demon, while he had done the same in fighting with his shield, knowing that an opponent was not fighting with his all even though this fight was serious to him, it made its way to annoy him greatly. Fine, he would beat up this creature, even if it knew how to fight better!
He noticed the stance shift, and at first sight, it was clear that Virus was not bluffing... this was a stance that Arzhael did not recognize, but one that could absolutely not be seen as something other than a master's stance. Alright, no more playing around and making mistakes.
With a short flare of energy, Arzhael saw that his attack was pushed to the side... the bio-weapon seemed to have a counter for almost anything he could throw at it, and that would become a problem rapidly if he did not find a weakness of some sorts.
His opponent's counter-attack came in and hit Arzhael like a truck. The disturbing noise of metal bending, and since it was stuck to his body, the metal pushing into his stomach... yeah, that was quite some pain. After the hit, he would take a few steps back, keeping his sword between them.
'' Alright, I admit, did not see that coming. Not sure how your creator somehow infused your DNA with fighting styles, but you undeniably have more under your sleeve.''
He would say as he focused his energy through his armor to unbend it. A neat trick, that would allow him to breathe properly and not need to remove parts of it when damaged.
'' What's more, you seem to have an answer to just about anything I throw at you, which is more than just annoying. Truly, you are a marvelous thing. ''
Not to be left just complimenting his opponent, Arzhael would charge back at the creature with his sword dragging in the ground behind him. He would attempt to slide the sword across the ground and hit Virus with a movement upward. This kind of 'Sword-uppercut' was not practical, but with enough strength, Arzhael thought it might be a little less predictable from him.
If it connected, the swordsman would then tilt his sword to the side and attempt to swat Virus-like a fly with the blunt side of his blade, with the idea of sending it flying into the background. He needed time to think of something against this creature.
