Tarine wasn't exactly sure what he did but it saved him from a probably survivable definitely-lethal fall so good job? Ugh, his head was pounding, guess that was what he got for throwing himself into a wall at a sufficiently high speed... But he picked himself off the floor anyway, a little unsteady but that was fine, what wasn't was worker freaking out because he'd launched himself through their office. Understandable, but it was making it really hard to concentrate.
That didn't mean he didn't feel the approach of that crescent-headed thing. Tarine had missed the part where they'd attempted to save him due to the shock of being dropped in the first place, so he was still wary of their intentions. But not currently being in the state or mood to start another fight, besides tensing up he didn't do anything besides turn his head to glare at them before it was replaced with confusion over receiving what appeared to be an apology.
...And they left, going back to bother that psycho for a fight? Okay, well- Okay, they were serious, that was a huge power up, good an incentive as any to get moving. But despite being ready to bolt there was still one thing in the room that caught his attention, while this room had been inadvertently trashed by him there was also a guy in here! Right, this was probably their office, there was maybe the slightest bit of shame in ruining someone's day, but it wasn't his fault the city had a bug problem. Though he couldn't exactly leave him here when two powerhouses were probably going to start a fight outside... And he looked a little lost, would probably take a while to escape on his own...
Tarine had decided this guy was his responsibility so before they had the chance to object they were already being dragged out the door. "Wha- what are you-", "Saving you, shut up." Only on reaching the hallway and being faced with several identical doors did Tarine realise he had no idea what the layout of the building was. He paused for a second before turning to face the person he was keeping an iron grip on, "... You couldn't tell me where the stairs are could y-...!" The building was suddenly shook by the massive power spike from above, both of them were shocked, Tarine wondered what the hell they did to piss off that thing even more than he had but was at least marginally grateful it wasn't completely directed at him this time, but it only reinforced the idea he needed to get the hell out of here. This time he was more forceful, practically shaking the guy to get an answer out of him. "Stairs. Now.", "...That way." With that he made a beeline, with his "guide" in tow, for what was hopefully an exit, only stopping to smash one of the fire alarms to maybe get the other occupants of the building to realise something was horribly amiss.
