Rosemary has 50,906 base PL. The only item in her possession is the Dark Nimbus.
Makyo Mastery (Makyoozaru *5) is active, raising her to 254,530 active PL. Call of the Great One is active, easing the minds of transformed Oozaru and implanting telepathic suggestion to listen and obey.
It had taken time to set things up the way she'd needed; time to think and to contemplate just exactly what it was she was going to do. In the aftermath of the battle, casualties on both sides had been great, but it was the loss of Saiyan lives that had sat in her gut like a heavy stone for all this time. At first, it was pure and simple rage that drove her decision, but over the weeks, that had simmered and lessened. Now, she had new reasons:
The Saiyan people needed leadership. Left to their own devices, a few individuals -like herself- were growing stronger, but the populace as a whole had only grown stagnant. The Tuffle had dealt too much damage -to their home, no less! The men who called themselves their leaders...
Well, they had allowed the attack. They had accepted a Tuffle as a brother, broken bread with him, and were ultimately betrayed. If they had been the ones to suffer for their poor judgement, then that would have been that, but Saiyan blood had been spilt on the streets and walls of Sadala. Saiyan voices had cried out in pain and agony. Saiyan lives had been lost...
The anger rose again, and she took a deep breath to calm herself. A thick tuft of smoke escaped the corner of her mouth as her boots clacked against the floor.
Rosemary strolled heavily through the great hall of the palace. Her tail flicked in simmering irritation and resolve, and her hand wrung at the collar of the limp body she dragged across the floor. Along side and behind her, several soldiers followed in kind. All were dressed for battle, but if things went the way she'd hoped, then there wouldn't be any unnecessary blood shed today.
Although, when dealing with Saiyans, that was hardly a reasonable wish.
At last, she stepped out onto the balcony and into the light of the midday sun. With one smooth motion, she tossed the corpse of the last traitor who had allowed Yangcong to carry out his attack on their people over the railing. Seconds later, the wet thud of his body hitting the ground reached her ears, followed by an uproar of mixed anger and cheer from the gathered crowd. A smirk spread across the hybrid's lips, and her hand stretched out to the sky as a ball of heavenly light burst to life in her palm.
An incredibly loud pulse of power, like a beating heart, shook the ground moments later as her eyes began to glow a deep and furious red. Then, her voice invaded the minds of not only those down below, but those across the whole of the planet.
"Sadala!" Rosemary shouted over the crowd as she reached into the minds of those transforming below the light of her magical moon. Even the tenacious Oozaru gave pause to her words, their anger temporarily culled. "This farce has gone on long enough. Our people have been without a king for too long, as seen by the Tuffle's ill conceived attack on our very capital!" She breathed another tuft of dark smoke that rose harmlessly into the sky.
"I, Rosemary of the Shredder Corps, have exercised my right to challenge and been victorious! If any of our people wish to dispute my rule, then speak now!" Even with the power of the Oozaru coursing through her veins, stretching her powers of telepathy out across the planet was already causing a migraine. "If not, then as your new Queen, I order all captains to prepare your squadrons for deployment. We are ending this war."
