CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
It was after the birth of their second child that Turrip’s behavior turned odd and distant, spending a lot of time simply looking at the night sky, though he would eventually come back inside. That is, until the night that he didn’t.
Turrip had vanished, leaving behind a note explaining why. He could sense the latent potential in his two children and was certain that one day, they would surpass him in strength, though he expressed excitement at the thought. What he hated, however, was his own lack of power, which he sought to rectify by taking up mercenary work amongst the stars and meeting up with his old Saiyan clan again. He would transfer earnings back to Yoguri to keep the family cared for, but he wouldn’t be coming home, not until he could face his children again until he was stronger, for both them and himself.
Articho did not take this well, taking the note as more of a cleaner, nicer sounding explanation when in actuality, his father was disappointed in his lack of strength. The training had been harsh and Turrip had pulled no punches and rarely any words of encouragement, simply demanding more and more and more from the boy as “that’s the Saiyan way.” Well, Articho would show him. He’d become stronger than his father could ever dream of being and take him down to show him what a mistake it was to abandon him.
With what little flight capability he had, Articho would often disappear on his own for long stretches of time, forgoing schooling to simply train against what he could find in the forest. Progress was slow over the years, though, as he had developed only rudimentary skills in martial arts and Ki control. It seemed hopeless, until one day his wanton destruction of a large tree had disturbed the living space of an old hermit, who quickly put the now eleven year old Articho in his place with a chop to the head and a verbal scolding. But rather than scare the boy off, it only enamored him, as his unrefined Ki sensing picked up that the man was powerful, almost as strong as his dad had been!
Articho begged the old hermit to take him on as a student, though was verbally denied. However, day after day, Articho would come back, attempting to strike at the man wherever he could and the two would, perhaps not unintentionally, begin to spar. It wore on the hermit’s patience until he finally gave up and agreed to properly train Articho. The next nine years were spent further shaping and refining what was once clumsy into sharp and focused skill.
At the climax of his training, the old hermit finally admitted that Articho had surpassed him and only had one thing left to teach. An ancient technique passed down through a school he had forgotten the name of: the Kamehameha. With this final gift, the young hybrid felt he was ready to finally go out into the world and seek his own strength. With one final look to the stars, he swore he would grow strong enough to match and surpass his father, wherever he was in the infinite universe.

APPEARANCE:
{Spoiler}
BACKGROUND: Articho was born on April 15, Age 1001, during the budding relationship of a human woman named Yoguri Reville and a low-class Saiyan warrior named Turrip, who had been raised in a breakaway group of Saiyans that had not gone to Planet Plant following Sadala’s destruction. Though initially reluctant, Turrip agreed to stay and help raise the boy, at the sight of his son’s tail upon birth, he couldn’t have been more ecstatic at his Saiyan dominant traits. Almost as soon as Articho could walk, he was out training with his father and displayed a natural talent and enjoyment for combat and training. For a few years, the Revilles were a happy family, a fourth member, Pasley.It was after the birth of their second child that Turrip’s behavior turned odd and distant, spending a lot of time simply looking at the night sky, though he would eventually come back inside. Heavy Sparking Attack Technique || Kamehamesuto
Articho’s most powerful technique, combining the Kamehameha with the force of a punch. It begins by taking the typical charging stance and beginning the attack before taking off in a run towards the opponent. As he draws near, the ball of ki dissipates and collects in his hand, leaving a glowing blue aura around it as his momentum builds. With one final leap, he swings his fist down to connect with his opponent before releasing the beam in one powerful strike!
Power: 130%

Utility Technique || Flight
Through a skillful application of his ki, Articho is able to fly through the air.
