Rensou was on a man hunt. Or a woman hunt? He wasn't actually sure. Back in that shack on Plant all he had found was a picture of himself and of Earth; who had taken it, and why did they decide to keep it? He didn't know, but the only clue he had was Earth, and now he was scouring the globe in search of the owner; that was easier said than done.
How was he supposed to search through a planet of millions? It was an impossible task, but he had a few ideas. The person was probably a Saiyan given the whole 'Plant' thing, as well as the location of where he was when he found the image. So look out for people with tails? That was as good at it got. His search had taken him to remote places throughout the planet, but truthfully he was probably playing the odds better if he instead went to the cities.
West City from his understand stood above the others in terms of it's technological brilliance. In some ways it reminded him of Tuffle territory, which is perhaps why it became the first city he actually explored. The big difference here was the population; Earth seemed to have a whole lot more people in it that Plant. Maybe that's because Earth wasn't being wrecked by a war; a lot less people are dying apparently.
But that only made it harder to find people, so where would someone go to look if they were looking for someone? Rensou needed a database; the biggest one he could get his hands on. He flew through a number of places looking for something particular like that, but the only sort of database he could find was in the library records. He grabbed a hold of one of their computers and begin typing in several inputs which didn't compute.
He didn't quite understand how to use Earth's technology, and it was now causing him some issues. He was programming to understand advanced technology, but this had him stumped. Eventually he just raged at the damn piece of junk and ended up blasting it, which on top of causing a commotion also set a portion of the library on fire.
"I can fix that!"
