Made by Narissa, this small wrist-mounted device acts like a pseudo-invisibility cloak. When active, light is reflected off her body and renders her invisible to the naked eye. Rapid movement and the manipulation of ki interfere with the device. Doing either will force the cloak to deactivate and Narissa to be seen. Interestingly, while Ki Sensing is ineffective against the tech. Anyone looking through a scouter's lens can make out the shape of Narissa's body while cloaked.
