To her shame, Cheri simply did not have the power to meaningfully compete with the two anymore. She could still be useful, certainly (indeed, that much was inevitable), but, with Vennel having given up on the prospects of victory (for it is not you winning if it is not you who was there to win) in rabid demand for the prospects of not losing, it became increasingly difficult to see a way where she would be the one to knock Vennel out (as she had done before).
That was, until Lima 'Chose the Winning Side' McGee popped up. As soon as Lima entered the scene, Cheri turned her head to look at him and, immediately, she knew what she could do with herself. "You..."
Cheri's eyebrow flickered. Her power increased. Her aura grew. For a few moments, and only for a few moments, Cheri's Power Level almost wasn't the lowest of any fighter there (discounting Lima who, at the time, had not entered the fray truly)— but, even then, she had no way to sense this Heran's Power Level, so as far as she knew he was stronger than her, too! "... You idiot!"
”Haven’t you a self-preserving bone in your body? It’s a simple grid of possibilities. After we sort out this lumbering oaf,” she started, sideways-referring to the beast that one was Vennel, ”and you’re still embarrassing yourself trying to cover for it, what do you think we’re going to do to you? Alternatively, if we lose, and you're still here… what you do think it will do to you? You’ve forced yourself into a situation where you lose no matter what, congratulations! So, for once in your kai-damn life, either be smart and help us lead her away or just leave.” And that wasn’t even touching on the supposed new ‘fairness’ of the situation. It was a good thing Lima wasn’t visually identifiable as a Heran because, if Cheri knew, she could rip him a new one based entirely on the concept of a Heran defying pride to assist a saiyan in a fight they were already sorta winning.
40,000 and 68,000 against 137,500 plus more… it was a wonder the tuffles were around at all.
Cheri roared as she jumped and, with one hand, caught every single bullet Lima fired before, enraged, she threw all of them twenty-nine times faster than Lima could shoot them at… Vennel! Many bullets, thrown at ridiculous speeds, all went in towards the Oozaru’s eyes. And that was it, too, until, moments later, Cheri formed a vast two-hand blaster to shoot a Lightspeed Shot into the Great Ape’s right nostril, just because Cheri figured that’d be annoying.
”I have had it up to here with you fuckwits.”

For future reference: the Power Boost is spent alongside the technique, not simply buffing whichever technique comes next.

For future reference also also: Overcharge would have dropped the moment you lost all Momentum, when you transformed.
Cheri drinks her Sparking Water, regaining 4MP.
Cheri spends 4 MP on a Transformation Boost. This increases her transformation modifier by 1, increasing her Power Level to 60,000 for only this turn.
Cheri spends 2KP on a Powercatch (18,000PL, Reflective). This meets Look So Divine (1,000PL, Homing) and wins with 17,000PL left over. However, because of Reflective, it surges up to 29,000PL which flies at Vennel.
Cheri then spends 2KP on a Lightspeed Shot which is worth 18,000PL and is Homing and is also sent at Vennel.
