APPEARANCE: Leiko is a standard female Mizu'Kau. She has blue skin with iridescent shiny wave patterns, glowing eyes that change with her mood (which often changes by the weather), and small, fairly discreet fins on her forearms and calves. She has long coral pink hair with sunset orange highlights, short-pointed ears and a melodic voice. She smells of a briny sea and fresh air even when she hasn't been in the ocean recently. Although she is 60 years old, that is around 30 years old and still considered a young adult by Mizu'Kau years.

BACKGROUND: Leiko and her twin Leiki were born about a month before the tragic destruction that befell the Planet Kai. Their parents were killed during the chaotic escape, where deep sea technology and vessels were quickly modified for space and launched away from the planet. About 75% of the Mizu'Kau people also died and the infants were raised by their grandfather, the Kaisar of the fallen planet. Leiki was born with the Chronic Bioflux Disorder and Leiko left home as soon as she was able to improve herself. She desperately wants to find a new planet and bring her people back together again. In addition, she believes that finding the lost Mizukari crown of her people would bring legitimacy to her future leadership. Leiki survives living most of her life in a specialized medical pod and being cared for by their grandfather still. Leiko keeps half of a golden sea shell necklace to remind her of her twin, her other half's belief in her. She can spend up to a week out of water, but must be fully submersed for a time to keep her body healthy, moisturized and temperature regulated.

- Forerunners: Choose three standard variants from the following at character creation - Homing, Bleed, Distanced. The chosen variants have their TP cost changed to 1 if it ordinarily costs 2 TP, or is rendered free if it ordinarily costs 1 TP.
- Exotic Cure: You can heal your allies with your magical abilities. Twice per thread but once per turn, as your Attack Action, you may spend 2 KP to heal yourself or an ally for 50% HP and cleanse one negative status effect on them besides 'DESTRON' & 'POISONED'. You may choose to increase the healing effect by 10% for every 2 MP spent, up to a max of 30% additional healing. This heals for your BASE PL value against the target's Base PL
- Galaxy Brain: You may use up to three Defense Actions OR Attack Actions in a single post. This is thrice per thread, and is only usable on Standard Techniques.
GENERAL TRAITS:
- Wealthy: You gain Zeni slightly faster! Your ZPW is raised by +0.3 if you do not have Cash Money or Favorable Contracts, and by +0.2 if you do have them.
- Antisense: Your ki is invisible to energy sensing and scouters, even in the midst of combat - this can be toggled on and off. In addition, escape techniques have a boost of +20% to their total effectiveness and your first escape technique per thread costs no KP.

Leiko generates a concentrated surge of water that she can direct with precision to either blast enemies away or rapidly transport allies across the battlefield. The surge of water has lightning strikes coursing through, which can be suppressed to not harm an ally.

Leiko releases a deep whale song, a sound that ordinarily can be heard hundreds of kilometers away condensed into a much shorter space and distance. The sound is disorienting, deafening, and so melancholy it is hard to describe.

UTILITY || Cephalopod Cloak
Using her connection with marine life, Leiko can blend into her surroundings like an octopus, becoming nearly invisible and reducing the chance of being targeted by enemies or being seen. Skilled control over your ki allows you to suppress your Power Level to a minimum of 1 PL to either hide or use this lower PL to fight characters weaker than your full strength on even footing. This technique is passive and does not require KP use.
UTILITY || Marine Materialization
Characters with magical abilities can conjure objects or structures using familiar ocean materials. Larger or more complicated things will take more energy and focus to create. This technique is passive and does not require KP.

Luminescent Phase: Bioluminescent skin patterns become more pronounced and vibrant. Their eyes glow brighter, and their skin may emit a soft, shimmering light. The aura takes on a calming, radiant quality, resembling a gentle, undulating wave of moonlight. (x6 multiplier. Prereq: 50,000 PL)
Riptide Phase: The Mizu'Kau's fins become larger, more prominent and adorned with luminescent streaks. Jagged coral sprouts from the shoulders, the color and shape depending on the individual. The rest of body takes on a more streamlined, fluid form, resembling the shape of a swift sea creature. The aura intensifies, appearing as a swirling, energetic vortex of blue water. (x19 multiplier. Prereq: 150,000 PL)
Storm Herald Phase:;Their skin develops stormy, cloud-like patterns that shift and change with their mood. Their gills become more pronounced like a Victorian collar, and they gain a more regal, ethereal appearance. Their hair increases in length wrapping and swirling about the body as if underwater during a storm. The aura becomes a powerful, tempestuous dark blue storm, with flashes of lightning and the sound of rolling thunder.(x26 multiplier. Prereq: 200,000 PL)
Tsunami Warden Phase:Their appearance now exudes a majestic quality with elaborate fin structures and pearl-beaded extensions that resemble flowing robes in the colors of white, gold, blue, black, or green. The arm fins sway like kimono sleeves and the fins upon the back and legs move like a billowing cloak. Their glowing eyes take on a deep, oceanic blue hue. The aura manifests as a grand, cascading wave, ranging from deep to light blue colors and presenting like a massive, crashing surf around them. (x32 multiplier. Prereq: 300,000 PL)
Ocean Sovereign Phase: The Mizu'Kau undergo a profound transformation with an otherworldly presence. Their skin becomes iridescent; their entire form may appear to merge with the ocean itself, taking on a more fluid, semi-transparent quality, apart from their shocking bright eyes. The aura becomes like the ocean depths, shifting in shades of blue and black and appearing like the writhing tentacles of a dangerous sea monster. Some say they can see the shadowy movements of sharks or the golden tinge of tropical fish swimming around the tentacles. (x50 multiplier. Prereq: 350,000 PL)
STARTING LOADOUT: You start with 34,000 XP that can be turned into PL at a 1:1 rate or kept as raw XP to buy items with. Spending XP: 20,000 on Destron Machine and 14,000 into PL. At 10,000 PL, gain one technique.
