CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: Your bog-standard visual of a human Earthling man in his mid-fifties, there is nothing special about the appearance of Resuka. From his neatly high cut black hair, to the wrinkles forming on his face from his many years on the planet perfecting his craft and deep brown eyes, even to the plain clothes white shirt and blue jeans he wears regularly. Nothing about Resuka is noticeably different from any other human being that could call themselves an Earthling, easily lost in a crowd of others like he was always part of them. His habit of smoking catches him with a cigarette in his mouth most of the time he's not driving, relaxing in whatever is comfortable to the man. The calluses on his hands and legs from decades of working in and around high yield equipment and vehicles is one of his few immediately noticeable affects, as well as a very faint yet distinct smell of motor oil coming from his person.

BACKGROUND: The Ghost of the Paozu Pass is a story that is long-standing on the foothills surrounding the region of Mount Paozu. For decades on the mountain passes, people told stories of a pale grey vehicle rocketing past at breakneck speeds around the throats and bends of the older curved pass. Unexplored tracks of concrete meant for traditional vehicles long forgotten with the rise of hovercraft technology, these roads felt nightly speed as the engine of the Soyota roared it's mighty call into the dead of the night, it's cry of victory against the laws of nature as it's operator deployed his expertise and masterful skill with the old machine against all odds. His story was told far and wide to professional racers and street kids looking to test their mettle against the sensei of the road. Niche geeks and grease monkeys who favored the antique cars of old would bring their own gasoline guzzlers to the mountain passes of Mount Paozu in hopes of coming across the Ghost themselves and prove their worthiness in the most dire of combats. Downhill sprints and proper corner drifting.
The driver of the infamous vehicle was none other than fifty-five year old Resuka Jidousha. Divorced father of two who retired from his job working the pits of his automotive repair business and professional prize racing, he was thrown back into the saddle of a professional race car driver once more when he hit the streets with his Soyota Koroyo XZ61, the beloved car he cherished during his early to mid life as one of the few things he kept during the grueling changes he underwent so quickly, he was found nightly running the streets of Mount Paozu like a wraith in the darkness.
That was, until the fateful day no one wished for struck. During a race between the Ghost and a rival street thug in a modern hovercraft, Resuka, the driver nicknamed the Ghost of Paozu Pass, overestimated the counter steer of his steering wheel and feeling the steering wheel column lock up the Ghost and his beloved Soyota plummeted hundreds of feet from the edge of the mountain cliffs off of the road he practiced and raced every day.
As he fell to seemingly his death, Resuka could only block his vision as the ground came ever closer to impacting with the front end of his vehicle, only to suddenly feel all the of the G-force and pressure of the fall disappear. Looking back up, Resuka would see himself unscathed and sitting nicely on the road right in front of the damaged guard rail he pummeled through and plummeted from. Down at the ground was no wreckage, no damaged cars, nothing. He was safe, as if he was magically returned to the point right before certain doom.
Considering this event a blessing from the gods, Resuka temporarily retired himself from his career as a professional street racer to seek passions in technology and vehicular tune ups. Practicing his craft for many years, long enough for people to forget the tale of the Ghost of Paozu Pass, Resuka's life became changed once again when he witnessed a robbery occurring off the road as he was driving by in Central City. Unable to control his actions properly, Resuka was compelled to divert his direction and rammed the robber with the bumper of his Soyota. The car suffered no damage, showing no evidence of the impact ever happening, but killing the would-be criminal from the impact. Unsure of how to proceed with this revelation, Resuka understood what he needed to do. He needed to make a good impact in the world, one hit-and-run at a time. His seemingly indestructible automobile would be the catalyst to his destructive rampage against all who he saw as wronging society, and his passion for driving would fuel the fire of racing in him for the remainder of his days.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Standard Guardian Build, I'd like Resuka's transformation(s) to be labeled as "Old Age"
Utility Technique || Masterful Driver
Due to literal decades of practice with the antique wheel-bound automobiles, Resuka has become an expert of all things operative for his beloved cars. From repairs, tunings, and fitment of aftermarket parts, this man's knowledge of antique cars is second only to the unknown enthusiasts he follows of message boards. If he doesn't have an answer, surely someone in his close friends list does.
Utility Technique || Incognito
Resuka is, by all accounts, plain. He looks, breathes, and acts like your standard uneventful human Earthling. He dresses plain, he walks an extremely common stride, and his actions speak that of your average handyman on planet Earth. As a result, people oftentimes have difficulties remembering precisely what he looks like, or how his energy feels. He blends in with the rest of his species as a generic grandfather-aged man that he has become somewhat camouflaged by the abundance of similar people there are to him. Picking him out of a crowd outside of his car is nearly impossible without a supplementary photograph and a lot of time to look over everyone present.
