Hello, Socks. After looking over your request for NG+ Pro it is being denied and transferred to NG+ Lite.

We feel that your death is on an uneasy ground and there are two key things keeping us from feeling able to give you a NG+ Pro. The At that resulted in Yangcong’s death was made an AT very late into the combat cycle (With both parties at 200 percent damage when the AT was started). Furthermore, being a Closed AT there will always be a closer examination for any NG+ Pro bonuses as it was in the user’s ability to control the engagement to achieve an ulterior motive far more easily as opposed to an Open AT Thread.

These two factors were our reasoning for denying the NG+ Pro. If you disagree feel free to open a ticket to dive into these topics in more depth.

Dr. Satsuma,

We are denying your character transfer. Captain Kabe has already had plenty of activity on the site, and as such cannot receive anything from either transfers or ng+. To make things more clear for future reference, zeni cannot be transfered over to an active character either.

@gabu,

We are also denying your character transfer. In your case, it is because you have been archiving character far too frequently, as this transfer would make 6 total archives within the span of two months. As a result, we are also preventing you from archiving anymore characters for the next 4 months. You can archive once again on February 22nd when this restriction is removed, but please do take your time doing so.
