Increases the total damage you can sustain by 20%, and increases your Critical Damage Threshold by 30%

You only suffer -75% HP when wounded instead if -100% HP. Once per thread you may use Second Wind even if you have already transformed.

By spending at least one turn with no KP action to focus on a single target, you may glean their true current PL through the veil of Energy Suppression and Energy Setting, but not Antisense. Additionally, your Offensive Techniques gain +20% power against Escape Techniques.

Utility Technique || Early Warning System
Having a decent chunk of their hardware and programming being repurposed from old scouter modules has accidentally given CORE an innate "sense" for reading energy beyond their programming. Beyond being able to sense ki as some living individuals can, this also allows them to uncover if a being is hiding the true limits of their ki behind the veil of a technique that is able to alter it by devoting some of their time and processing power. In the case an individual's power is hidden, this doesn't give an exact value, rather that their true power is likely higher than readings suggest. (Reflavoured Energy Sensing + Eagle Eyed, does not work on anyone using Antisense)
Utility Technique || Insurance Policy
When employed in a field as fraught with... unsavory individuals as it is, Rowan has deemed it necessary to have some form of evidence on hand should things go south. This lead them to install CORE with a camera system to record and encrypt anything of note which can then be uploaded to another system for safekeeping (usually their ship).
