He was riding on a 'skateboard' he made from his own flesh, a temporary little experiment to get his mind in the space for coming up with new ways to use his magical powers- ways that his classes could only teach him so much on. Once he made his way to the convivence store he immediately made his way to the snack section- wait a minute...where was everything?
Oh thats right- there was still his cousins to think about! The more active of his family probably ripped the store apart for those sweets, gladly that was only figuratively speaking. It seems the store was out of his favorite drink anyway- so he decided he'd take a longer trip deeper into the city. Rather than continue to use his little experiment of a skateboard- he decided to run, which was ironically MUCH faster. But it wasn't always about moving quick! It was a bit fun to use something with wheels- but on his way, Mudo's eye caught the look of someone he hadn't seen before- a familiar form...but they weren't from his family- and their clothes were. . .he had to speak to this person.
Mudo's speed came to a grinding halt as he slid across the cobblestone of the road- both hands in a pocket, walking toward the other majin.
Thread PL: 64,000 | Items: N/AMoire had once again returned to Earth, though if she were to be honest, it wouldn't be a visit that will last very long. All the majin wanted was to get away from Namek as soon as she possibly can, but Earth too was starting to already bring up some bad memories. It's the place where her journey first began after escaping her pod, and where has that journey taken her so far? Apparently to be torn apart on a whole different planet. Needless to say, she needed to get somewhere else, but with Earth being rather close and the majin needing repairs to be done to her pod, she can't quite pass up a brief visit.
Even still, the majin would want to keep out of everyone else's way, not looking to bother just about anybody. Perhaps some day she'll make her grand return and exact her fury upon the denizens of this planet, and then she'll... Moire shakes her head as she thinks of this. It wasn't really going to go much of anywhere at this point. Her motivation for the complete and total control of Earth under her thumb was fading from her as she was lost for what to do now but just keep moving. What was her plan now, anyway? She did have one in mind, one that will likely give her a potential opportunity to get exactly what she wants. It's a risk, but perhaps Arcose, and more specifically the tournament there is where her answer lies...
Moire's train of thought is, however, interrupted by a suddenly encroaching power level moving towards her, the glowing red gaze of the majin immediately snapping towards... Another one of her kind? First Patrona, and now this one? Just where the hell were these other feeble majins coming from. "What do you want?" she questioned, her tone filled to the brim with venom and conpempt.

Well at least his hunch was right. Mudo stopped his advance towards her as soon as those words left her mouth! But at least he had a clearly picture of her attire. Standing now only two meters away from the woman, Mudo took a few seconds to take her appearance in.
Those clothes...a monk? Maybe...the design was a bit odd but not entirely unbelievable, she looked...wise! Mudo casually put his hands up to show he meant no harm but still didn't dare take another step. " Sorry- having a bad day huh...? Well, you don't have to worry- I would never take advantage of my kin...that being said I did have a reason for approaching ya' " Mudo affirmed the fellow majin before sliding his hands into his pockets.
" Not actually from the city, are ya...? I would never forget one of my own- believe me, I live with a ton of family...err- that's not really- ack- ANYWAY! I'm always happy to meet another majin, plain and simple- and you look...unique but I can see you're agitated by something too. " Mudo assumed- letting his eyes glaze over the other once again.
" You uh. . .hungry? I was just picking up some stuff for all my siblings, I'd like to learn more about you- you see, I'm doing research on our ancestry- where we actually come from...what we were actually meant for. "
Now, Mudo dared to walk again- with his thumb pointed towards the road that lead down town his expression stayed neutral. It was...really hard for him to put on a smile, if he wasn't barring his teeth most people considered his resting bitch face to actually BE his smile- his own version of one anyway.
The majin that had approached Moire looked to be a bit confused as to what he was looking at, clueing in that he was moreso looking at her attire rather than herself. She did tend to stick out like a sore thumb, having on clothing attire she wore when she once lived with the shinjin before inverting the colors out of defiance against them. At the very least the majin that had come to greet her was more than willing to keep his distance from his kin, though it does seem like that he had something that he wanted to share with her. She glares right at him as he continues looking her over before demanding, "Then speak."
He infers that Moire isn't from the city, and that he'd recognize those that were a part of his family before mentioning that she seemed rather agitated. So there were even more majin living here on Earth? She starts wondering just how many of them are out here before stating, "I don't belong much of anywhere, either here nor within the galaxy. I've practically been a wanderer ever since I first landed, and when you have nowhere to go and no way to achieve what you truly desire, you tend to get a bit frustrated. Now, what is your point?"
The majin's point being that, apparently, he was inviting her to come with him to get some food while she divulged some information about herself and her origins. She couldn't help but raise a brow at the suggestion, and though she can't exactly turn down the promise of food after being starved of such for so long, why would he be so curious as to the origins of the majin? Besides, it's not like he'd get much out of Moire's own origins. "... Fine," she accepts, "What do you want to know?"

Mudo cocked his head in the direction of the city downtown- and would begin walking beside his kin when she was ready.
" Name's Mudo by the way- though my younger siblings call me Magatsu. "
Mudo felt for his kin, he really did. His dilemma wasn't exactly the same, he couldn't relate to not belonging anywhere- what with his three houses full of his own. Despite this, the gnawing curiosity in the back and front of Mudo's mind left him curiosity beyond what was considered 'realistic' right now. Hearing her say that- sort of ticked him off, sounded to him like she wasn't even welcome to wherever it is she WAS from. Had he been the type of man, he'd probably ask her where it was she was from in hopes of attacking whoever was there- but...he had different reasons for that information; less violent ones.
" Well, you've already half answered one of my questions- and I'd like to address that first. You say you don't belong ANYWHERE in the galaxy...? Hm- for whatever reason you might have come to that conclusion...it can't stay like that forever, you know. "
Mudo consoled while scratching at the back of his head. " You said ever since you landed...I'm guessing you mean Earth- I...I just thought you were from out of town but- it seems you're more special than just some foreigner- you're from another world altogether! "
His eyes widened as he sort of just realized this himself after putting the few pieces together. Mudo's eyes had a look of genuine surprise as opposed to their usual tired position. " Okay uh- that's kind of...nah it's REALLY cool actually, to think I'd meet a majin from offworld...! "
Mudo rubbed at his chin in a proud manner- feeling like his luck was at an all time high with this one.
"Well- where is it you come from actually...? I have family that's from offworld too but- they settled down on earth looong before I was born, and you...well, your odd yet fashionable clothes don't quite look like anything they've ever described- either that or suddenly my memory isn't as good as I've held it up to be."

The other majin begins to lead Moire towards the downtown area and finally introduces himself as Mudo, though she cared little for nicknames or whatever his siblings call him. She had no reason to divulge her own name to him, and so she won't respond to him revealing his own. The majin kept her focus on the path the two were traveling towards downtown, but as she finally gives in and allows Mudo to start asking his questions, he proves himself to be quite the pursuer of knowledge. He infers that she can't just not belong anywhere forever, but she very much disagreed. "I've been created in such a way that nobody would want me around. You don't know the things I have done to put me in my position."
Mudo then makes the connection that Moire must be from another world given how she worded herself, and so that he doesn't annoy her by going on a massive rambling spree, she'll just give him the answer straight away, stating, "I was never created in any of the mortal realms. I came from above, in otherworld. That is where I was created, and I have no intention of ever returning until I can do what must be done. You won't have to concern yourself with that of course, unless you plan on stepping in the way." She gazes down at Mudo once more as they continued walking, her expression giving way to her utter confusion with the majin.
Should he really be this giddy and excited being with someone who would likely end him should he step out of line? Perhaps, or maybe he knows that Moire has been weakened ever since the incident on Namek. He wouldn't be the first one to detect her weakness, after all. "What has you so giddy?"
509! Word count. Total word count: 1,506 tag: The pale purple majin's brow was raised at that. Created...? Was she just not good with words or could she actually mean wholeheartedly what she was saying...? It seems whatever it was she was vaguely referring to wasn't as simple as he had thought- it made her more interesting but he couldn't in could conscience be happy about that- if his deductions were accurate. But it wasn't even just that! She was saying that she was created in...Otherworld!?
To start- Mudo wasn't sure how he felt about the afterlife in general...but she really meant what she was saying! Mudo was astonished, frankly- who would have thought he'd end up meeting a majin...created in the afterlife. " Who would have thought...well, I guess I have to rethink my theory about the afterlife then- you're really from there...Of course other planets were always a thing but...Otherworld!? Incredible... "
It had mostly been the elders of his family that spoke of Otherworld like a place that really existed- after all his grandparents or maybe 'ancestors' were a more accurate term for how old they were...have had their own adventures before his time.
" What has me giddy...? are you kidding? Here I am right now- talking to the most interesting majin I've ever had the pleasure of meeting for a long time...and on top of that she's so humble...maybe too humble."
Mudo looked up at the taller Majin. " You said you were created in a way that no one would want you around...but that theory can't be true- I've been enjoying your company so far- Why? well- you've been nothing but honest with me, how do I know? A few reasons." Mudo exacted before clearing his throat.
" With everything you've said- you've haven't told me your name- and that would explain why you would also deter me away from getting too deep into your business, you've been telling me the truth without getting me caught up in your problems...heh." Mudo shook his head- rubbing the back of his head again.
" Maybe it is for the better that I don't know, I can live with that...but- I am serious about what I said- you're my kin, maybe not immediate family- and from the sound of things...we probably don't even have the same point of origin, but that doesn't matter you're still my kin and- oh we're already here." Mudo stood surprised as he nearly walked face first into the glass door of the convenience store, it was a pretty big one too- just short of being a grocery store.
" Another thing- well...maybe you just don't have the cunning, but you could have taken advantage of the fact that I told you I'd help you just because you're a majin too, but instead you wanted to keep your distance- if you really aren't made for people to want you around...you're not doing the best job at it- or maybe I'm just weird..."
Mudo shrugged- opening the door to the store, holding it open for the Majin woman.
"Just pick out what you want- I've got you covered."

This other majin certainly knew little about how otherworld actually functions, not that it acts as much of a surprise to Moire at least. Few beings have knowledge of the ins and outs of the afterlife, but it still does intrigue Moire that the other majin is so interested in such a subject. She's been rather loose with that sort of knowledge given how it ultimately doesn't mean much to her if she can't make her way back to the shinjin, but for someone like this majin Mudo, it seems like some sort of breakthrough. Ultimately, she might get a bit of a rise seeing someone get that excited over something so insignificant. "It isn't exactly as pleasant as you would believe," she mutters, having little positive to say about that damned place.
Mudo finally answers Moire's question regarding his curiosity and excitement, explaining that he's speaking to one of the most interesting majin that he's ever met, on top of one so... humble? Was she being humble? She couldn't help but raise a brow at him, thinking that she's just been straight with him about her feelings, and yet that's considered humble? He continues and mentions that she hadn't given him her name and yet she kept explaining truths to him, and how he didn't want to pry any further. As if she would give someone like Mudo her name given how he isn't going to die by her hand anytime soon nor was he worth having in her pocket, at least, that's what she thinks. So then why was she even bothering being around him?
Mudo finishes his thoughts by explaining their own little kinship, how they have a connection based on that alone before he almost slams right into the doorway of the store, Moire rolling her eyes at the display in front of her. He points out the very fact that she was still with him despite saying that she's rather distant, causing her to glare down at the majin and finally speak up once again, stating, "I don't exactly have much better to do." It still didn't entirely explain why she was still there, but her eyes look over at the doorway as Mudo allows her in first. She hesitates for a bit before slowly entering the building.
As she walks through, the people inside couldn't help but stare right at the majin considering her appearance and attire, only to be met by her glare once more before they return to business as usual. Her eyes glance over at everything on display, nothing much really catching her eye. Vegetables, fruits meats, sweets, bread, cere- sweets? Her eyes lock in on the displays of cookies, candies, and cakes available, a look that was quite unlike every other look as she is suddenly hit with a hunger she hasn't felt in so long. She looks away as best as she can, her face a bit flustered at her weakness, hoping that Mudo hadn't caught what she was looking at.
497! word count. Total word count: 2,003 tag: Mudo kept a comfy distance between himself and Moire to give her some room to actually look around more so than his pre established respect of boundaries...although that was also a factor of course. He wasn't sure how good his educated guesses were about the other majin- but if there was one thing he took from his interactions with her it was that he didn't strike a nerve that caused her to flee from him- that's good enough to be a point for him! He took her word at face value when she mentioned that the place she's from isn't a fantastical one as the name might suggest. Mudo had already been able to guess as much given the fact his own seemed to have a grudge with the place...then again- did she mean the afterlife in general was pretty sucky...? That would- well, suck.
Mudo chuckled under his breath again- the female majin didn't have much to offer in the way of an actual reason to stick around someone she had nothing to do with. 'nothing better to do' she said? A likely story- to give her some credit, while not in any malicious way Mudo was going to be taking full advantage of that fact. Watching her glaze over the options the store had was interesting— and in more ways than one. No doubt the woman was hungry right? You'd think she'd be less picky- even if he offered her to get whatever she wanted. You'd think the standoffish type might not waste time with that sort of thing. As if that wasn't peculiar enough- Mudo caught a glimpse at a...stutter? from the other majin???
Mudo's eyes lit up. He was already studying his walking guest fairly closely, there was no way that little hickup would escape him. Walking a bit closer he leaned to the side with a knowing smile. He reached for one of the colorful snack cakes among the other things- such as giant swirly lollipops and packets of different types of cookies. " So you have a sweet tooth, do you...? " He extended the hand with the snack to her for her to take- his smile was less warm and more giddy now. He couldn't help it after all... she was being so cute!
" I'll get you this then, no problem- ' Sweetie ' " A nickname he decided to give the obviously no nonsense majin. something told him she wouldn't really appreciate that name- but it's all he had to go on for now. He lead her to the counter and promptly paid for the sweets.
" If you think that's good and you uh...heh, still have 'nothing better to do' I think you'll like what I have to say next. Come spend just a bit more time with me, my family- y'see today is actually sweets day and we have this rule about feeding our guests. The sweets my family manages to make put that little cake there to absolute shame...

The chuckling from Mudo irritated Moire, the smaller majin likely believing that there might be another motive for her to stick around, which if she were to be completely honest, she was. Through her many travels across the galaxy and on Earth, she hasn't met many of her own kind, with Patrona being the very first exception to that rule. Now Mudo stood as this new majin to interact with, and though she thought there was a sort of smugness behind him, she had little else to do and still wished to be around another majin, especially one so... casual.
Though she tried her best to hide her desires, it seemed like Mudo was able to catch Moire's glance at the sweets, asking if she has a sweet tooth. She frowns and blushes a bit from the slight tinge of embarrassment before muttering, "I have preferences..." He hands her one of the snacks, to which the purple majin almost immediately snags for herself, holding it between her hands as her eyes dilate while looking at the treat. He mentions that he'll have it taken care of before calling her sweetie, immediately catching Moire's attention and ire once more as she glares down at Mudo. He would dare mock her for her desires? No, it didn't seem much like mocking considering that same giddy expression on his face.
Moire chooses to remain silent as Mudo takes care of payment for the sweets, all while he goes on about visiting his family and how they possess more sweets. Her eyes soften a bit as he continued to speak about the treats they possess until they sharpen once more when he calls her sweetie once again. "Pushing your luck, aren't you?" she questions through her teeth, words filled with venom. Still, the idea of getting more sweets out of this was a bit too tempting for the majin, and so she reluctantly accepts, stating, "Look, I'm just going to be there for the sweets, alright? Don't get any ideas." Of course the other prospect of meeting more of her kind was certainly weighing in as well...
435! word count. total word count: 2,438 tag: Wow! Mudo- being an expert on his people...well, to an extent; knew the majin who he now referred to as 'Sweetie' would be partial to whatever her favorite snack or food was...but she lit up so...cutely? This was the same majin that gave her own kin the cold stares and didn't even want to share her name? Mudo's eyes opened more than they ever had in a long time and his smile...? It was almost out of character for his usual laid back and tired demeanor...no not almost- it was! He was way too happy seeing her like that.
All the same, she did exactly as he expected and didn't show herself to be much a fan of the nickname he gave her. Mudo shrugged with a small chuckle.
" Pushing my luck...? Well it's not exactly like I have anything else to call you- honestly, I didn't think you'd much care for whatever I decided to call you given how you seemingly don't want me knowing your name. " He wasn't entirely sure that the purple majin was gullible enough to fall for his ruse to try and get her to if not give her true name give him something she considered appropriate to call her- that was good enough in his book!
More joy was brought to the majin- as the dubbed 'Sweetie' agreed to come over for some more sweets. But that last thing she muttered...funny ideas?
He gives an honest tilt to the head before speaking up. " Ideas...? What ideas could I possibly come up with for such a wholesome get together...? "
Interestingly enough- Mudo before that earlier display of vulnerability from the purple majin- his intentions were truly based only in research! That being said...it was hard not to see her a certain way now. Mudo wasn't too much of a romantic and while the taller majin had his unyielding loyalty until he had a truly good reason to ever distrust his own kin...he hadn't thought of her that way...yet. But he couldn't deny she was...cute.
Mudo, at the very least was now specifically driven to earn her trust. It wasn't just about undying loyalty anymore, deep down inside...maybe she could actually smile. No doubt that would probably be harder than any incantation or spell he's mastered or practiced...but it was definitely worth it.
" Nonono, I get it- after all I just wanted to uh...learn things from you after all. I-I can't begin to think of what you could be referring to when you say 'ideas' though. Should I try to be more transparent with what I'm trying to learn about you...? "

Mudo merely laughs as Moire mentions his most recent luck-pushing, pointing out that he doesn't exactly have any other name to call her by. She continued to glare down at the smaller majin, knowing exactly where he was getting at yet still frustrated that she'd have to give him that sort of information, but if it would get him to stop without causing a scene in public, then it'll have to do. She briefly closes her eyes before taking a deep breath, eyes shooting open as she finally gives away, "Majin Moire. That is my name." She recoiled a bit even from uttering her own name, somehow leaving a sour taste in her mouth. It wasn't necessarily the fact that Mudo now knows her name, but that something just didn't feel right about her using that name.
Once the sweets have been paid for, Moire claims them for herself as Mudo questions what exactly she meant by ideas. She's seen this song and dance several times before already, with those looking to earn her trust by trying to learn as much about her as possible, only to then stab her in the back with said knowledge. It's happened back in the land of the kais, it's happened on Namek, but it won't happen on Earth. That, she will be sure of. He asks if he should be more transparent with what it is that he's wanting to know, which was at least something more than what was offered by others inquiring about Moire's past.
Keeping the sweets tight to her chest, she explains to Mudo, "Persecution has been following me throughout my life, Mudo. If I so much as open up about anything, reveal too many secrets, show a hint of who I am, it'll come back to make me regret ever uttering those words. Clarification on what you truly wish to know would be appreciated, as I will be absolutely certain that I won't say anything I will regret." Her eyes were filled with her many years of fury, all built up from the night of betrayal in Otherworld, that century sealed away, her taste of true defeat... Once more she closes her eyes and takes another deep breath, standing in place for a few seconds before opening back up, her glance at Mudo softer than what she gave him moments ago.
737! word count. Total word count: 3,175 tag: Mudo wanted to be happy that he managed to get a name out of the taller majin...but- he found that harder to do than he expected. He thought he had her figured out, that she was just an all business majin who had a few enemies...but that moment of recoil made his grin falter. With that, Mudo felt the wall between himself and the purple majin all more present! He didn't have her figured out at all...why did she feel such a way about her own name...?
Mudo wasn't too confident on his advance now. Getting hit for playful name calling he could deal with if it came to that, but the last thing he wanted to do was hurt one of his own...even if Moire technically wasn't truly of the same origin as himself. Mudo kept his attention and his eyes up at Moire as she answered his question- the words she used detailing out...more than enough for him to understand where Moire stood with the rest of the world...and him. Persecution...she can't trust anyone. Mudo for sure had his head in the clouds- and it wasn't like this made him want to be around Moire any less but he could tell this went deeper than he had first assumed. He couldn't help but stop in his tracks, Moire gave him a look- a soft one...a bit unbecoming of her until now...wasn't it? He stood and starred for a good moment or so before the enthusiasm in his body sort of just- faded out. " I... " Even after Moire set the boundaries- Mudo still found it difficult to bring any remaining thoughts about Moire's history to light. His eyes glazed over the ground before he shook his head. The bag of sweets he bought for his young siblings and many a cousin would rest on his wrist and he'd push his hands into his pockets.
" I uh...I think your name is good enough now actually, thinking about it now- you gave me more than I could ask for already, literally. It seems evident that despite both of us being Majin we have truly different origins...or...so it seems, I'll have to take my research elsewhere- I won't make you...dig up anything painful. " Said with respect- Mudo averted his eyes to reflect his conflicted feelings. The only thing he knew for certain is that he'd take Moire's side no matter what— but as much as a fool as he was willing to be on purpose he couldn't deny the elements that were unknown to him. Should it matter...? He'd like to think not- it wouldn't change how he was starting to feel...but the taller majin wasn't without her own feelings, as tough as she was...or at least made herself out to be she clearly still had feelings.
Mudo would be remotely silent until they arrived to his place of residence. The two would move past a few other buildings and neighborhoods before making it where his family resides. There were about...three tall houses in the area, from where they stood they didn't seem out of the ordinary but all it took was one eye to spot Mudo and...a rainbow of short little majin kids and teens came spilling out of those houses! There were about a dozen of them...every single one approached Mudo- either not caring or not yet noticing Moire as they circled the older majin they were actually familiar with...and had something they wanted.
If Moire cared to look at Mudo while he was surrounded by them- she'd notice no surprise or sense of urgency...he was VERY used to this. " Uh...let's see the vanilla cakes for you, Mimi...chocolate bar for Mysti, Magi and Modi...big lollipop for sunni... " He went on with each sweet and the name of each individual majin kid until the plastic bag was empty.
Then finally...they would notice Moire! Of course her clothes would not escape their curiosity.
" Who is that...? " they all asked.
Mudo looked to Moire...finally picking up a smile again. " This is...a guest. " While thrown off by Moire's clothes they recognized she was still a majin- they all approached her as if they knew her well greeting her out of turn and what not- Mudo couldn't help but gulp nervously- immediately reaching to pick up and pull away as many as he could from her.
" Wait wait- hold on...! no no- stop! She is...new around here, you can't be too hasty! "

It seems that Moire gave just enough information for Mudo to stop with his questioning, giving him a peak as to the injustices brought upon her. Perhaps she had revealed a bit too much about herself, but at least she kept some of the details vague enough to get him to remain silent, at least for a brief moment. He explains after a few seconds that he has no other questions and mentions that he won't have her dig up anything painful. Painful? Perhaps that isn't the right word to describe Moire's reluctance for sharing. More of a seething hatred for her past, a past that she plans to burn to the ground someday. Of course, Mudo doesn't have to know everything...
"Very well then," she replies, putting the snack to her side as the two continued to walk to where Mudo lives, to claim his sweets for herself. Eventually the pair came to stop at three different buildings, seemingly empty at first until Moire noticed that something, or more specifically someone, was looking right at them. Moire didn't have time to react to the then sudden avalanche of multicolored majins pouring out of the buildings, stampeding their way towards her and, more specifically, Mudo. At least he's the one that has to deal with the full brunt of majins instead of her, or else things might escalate a bit if they didn't give her space.
Mudo didn't seem at all panicked or surprised at this sudden appearance of a horde of majins, and instead was quite calm and collected about the whole matter, making sure to pull out each of the sweets he had collected one by one while distributing them to his siblings, each one satisfied with their new bounties. Once they all acquired their treats, however, their eyes suddenly focus on Moire, the larger purple majin holding her own sweet back up to her chest and glaring at the little group gazing over her as if she were some wild animal. She was about to tell them to back away when Mudo took care of the problem for her, trying to pull the different children away from Moire. Seeing so many people surround her made her want to bring her hand forth and zap them all away, but... she couldn't.
No, it isn't that she couldn't, but rather she shouldn't. To be surrounded by so many of her own kind, all of which looked so young was... something to behold. All her life she hadn't known a single other majin aside from Faustus, and he was... quite the interesting specimen. In a sense he reminded her of herself, but these others, Mudo included... They were nothing like her. They seemed so... content with their own lives, while Moire boiled away in her own frustration at the ones that brought her ruin. So much innocence surrounding her... It was practically intoxicating. "It's... It's fine. They're just curious," Moire excuses.

448! word count. total word count: 3,623 tag: Too many, they all had too many questions for the purple majin accompanying Mudo! Despite Moire excusing the lot of them he still did his best to wrangle them up to give the lady some space.
" She's our guest, so everyone will have an opportunity to say hi at dinner time, y'know. Now go! go enjoy your sweets. " He shood the lot of them to their eventual submission- and so they ran off. With a heavy sigh Mudo looked to Moire, she'd receive an exhausted smirk of sorts before he collected himself. " Guessing you don't want a tour, which is fine— ahem...as you can see my fam pretty much populates every inch of this little neighborhood. As for why there are so many...? well, I guess I can leave that up to interpretation. that being said..."
Mudo pointed to the house closest to where they stood. " That's my house...well- not MY house but my family's house, my parents, grandparents and younger siblings all live in this house...the other two are close relatives, beyond great grandparents, cousins, uncles, aunts nieces and nephews. " a breath before he continued to speak.
" That's my fam in a nutshell really. " He said before he began to march over to his own place of residence. He wiggled the doorknob a few times to see if the door was already open, considering the kids that had just ambushed him earlier- and it was! However, on the other side awaiting him was no child but his chubby jolly father.
" Mudo! You finally made it back home! You know dinners just about finished! Oh? Who is that with you? " The voice of Mudo's father was...much MUCH different from the darker majins own. Rather than the deep vibrating voice that was Mudo his father was light and high- as if he were a character for a kids cartoon, he was also a purple more similar to Moire's own flesh than he was for Mudo.
" This is...our house guest, she's just over for dinner- as you can see, she's like us! So no one else on earth can give her the type of dinner we can. " His father claps in agreeance. " That's very right! Welcome to the house, Mudo's guest! We just have one ground rule- EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! wahahaha! " The big jolly majin mused before he waddled back deeper into the house- probably the dining room of course. Mudo side eyed Moire for a moment...would she comment on how different he was from his father...? Maybe not? Seems like this is the first time she's been around so much of her kin.
" Psst, Moire- how is it? Y'know meeting so many of your own kin? "
