CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
Standing at an impressive 7'3" Dahlia is a rather muscular built Anthropomorphic Otter with 'poofy' hair made entirely of water bundled up magically with a golden medallion to put the water hair into a sort of long ponytail. Instead of any fur like an Otter would have though Dahlia is made instead of white marble with gold lines all throughout it. She is almost always found wearing golden asymmetrical Armor that is almost entirely golden aside from a loin cloth attached to her medallion belt which is instead a brilliant blue in colour with a yellow cross mark across it, the same mark that appears whenever she summons forth a shield of magical water.

BACKGROUND:
There's a lot of Dahlia's past she can no longer remember, but below will be parts of what she does still recall or at least partially. Dahlia can't really remember her life much before being a marble statue its as if all her life before that point was completely erased from her mind or locked behind some deep part of her mind she can never reach. One thing remains a constant though, a medallion important to her that's kept near her at all times holds the key to waking her up and setting her back to sleep-- Along with being able to tell her what her objective is which she follows through till the end.
What she can remember of her past is being on a little marble of a planet by the name of Kryysta. There are a couple moments even during these years that are rather blank to her, like there were long periods of time where she was simply put into a stasis mode only to be awoken whenever she was needed, and that was exactly the case as whenever she wasn't needed she would be put back into her full statue-like state only to be re-awoken again when the time was needed.
The last time she was awoken before the current time, Dahlia had trained alongside and even befriended The young Saiyan Knight Nasu as she worked under his family's Kingdom's orders. She had trained with both him and his older brother Shiso too but had found that the older brother overtime grew more and more arrogant with the promise in mind that he'd inherit everything once the time came. Dahlia wasn't a fan of this but still kept to following the Kingdom's orders as that was what she'd been made to do, even becoming one of the 12 Specialized Knights of the Kingdom of which Nasu soon became the Captain.
But the peaceful times wouldn't last long and on one dreadful night their Captain would go missing, which was soon followed by a full fledged assault upon the Kingdom. In the full moon an attack was launched on the Kingdom from many Saiyan's who had lived in an underground society separate to that of the Kingdom, ones who didn't get along with the Saiyans of the Kingdom or the Kingdom itself for that matter. With the influence of the full moon many of them had turned into the great Oozaru and turned the city into a sea of flames. Dahlia soon found herself being given a new objective by the individual who held her medallion-- Of which she did not know who-- But their new want was for her to destroy every Saiyan in sight. No matter if they were on the Kingdom's side or not.
By the time the next morning came around most of the Saiyans on Kryysta had destroyed themselves and there had been a complete shift in the beliefs of those left after the battle, as the remaining citizens and Knights now believed the Saiyans to be evil and destructive people that could no longer be trusted regardless of their previous trust in them in the past. Any remaining Saiyans were ordered to be locked up and prosecuted or dealt with on sight if need be. This was Dahlia's new objective, she had practically been built for it with her heavy marble frame and gigantic size and not just that but she'd trained for it too, more so since she had trained alongside her once friends, now enemies. So she knew what fighting them would entail.
She had heard word of that her old Captain, Nasu was still out there somewhere by the time she was done with her job for now, but it would have to wait for when she was woken next as soon after the battles were all said and done she was set back to sleep in her statue mode once more...
Many years passed and the world Dahlia once knew would soon die out without her even truly knowing, the Kingdom becoming overrun by the wilderness that had once surrounded it as now only the beasts from the forests roamed the damaged structures still broken from the battle that once was. Through all those years Dahlia would remain dormant, stuck in time exactly the way she was the night she was put back to rest, the wilderness that was overtaking the city soon also making its way to her still statue form.
Things would stay this way for some time. Until some new people decided to give the planet a visit that is. The first of which was a Shinjin who'd come in search for a special book Nasu's grandfather, Retasu had once owned. He'd come alongside another individual of whom he'd also leave with after having come across Dahlia's statue and clearing it of any overgrowth of plants. Sometime after these two's visit though was when Dahlia would find herself awoken again once more.
Bandits had come in search of anything they could scrounge up and steal to sell off on other worlds and eventually this group would come across the marble statue which had traces of gold all through it... They just had to work out how to get the heavy thing off planet! What they didn't know though was that someone else had also come to the planet in search of adventure and sure enough found it when they happened across an old but rather interesting golden medallion... The new holder of her medallion had been chosen!
Dahlia was then able to come back to life, casting the alarmed bandits aside who'd thought she was just a simple statue before setting out to find who had woken her from her slumber-- Which wasn't hard to do considering there wasn't really anyone else around anymore and her new medallion holder was, uh... A bit of a fiery young spirit. She'd never had anyone so young be the one able to give her objectives before but this was sure to make things interesting and at least she was awake and ready for new adventures now. Not even recognizing her old home as the two embarked on a new journey as an unstoppable fighting duo! Though Dahlia still also searches for a people and place now long gone.
One thing did remain with her though from her time during the Kingdom's downfall. That being the last objective she was ever given by her previous medallion holder...

COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES:

Dahlia channels ki throughout her marble body and all the way to her magical water hair in order to lengthen its size till the point of making it into a sort of mini-river full of powerful ki, from this point she can whip it around to whack an opponent with all the force of a great typhoon. If this technique deals at least 10% damage a chosen character other than yourself gains an additional +20% power to their next non-sparking technique, this won't activate if the technique used costs 0 KP.

Utility Technique || Hydrokinesis
Dahlia is able to control water as well as create water from her own body through ki. She consistently uses this to portray her hair but also commonly uses it to form her weapons and shields as well. This control comes from the use of her own ki and typically is portrayed through very vibrantly blue water. She tends to also use this ability to pack extra bite behind her hits.
This requires no KP to use.
Utility Technique || Telepathy
Allows use of telepathic communication between nearby or familiar characters on the same planet as Dahlia, letting her and others converse internally.
This technique is passive and does not require KP.
