CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE -
BACKGROUND: Daughter of Marshall, Maxis Law is an honor student, aspiring doctor, volunteer, soccer player, anchor of many friend groups, and a shining example of what it means to be human. Or she was, until she died. Fukushu's attack on East City claimed many lives. Caught at the edge of the initial blast, the girl died a slow, painful death, bleeding out while crushed by rubble in complete darkness. Marshall learned of the attack shortly after its conclusion and, aware of his daughter's whereabouts, immediately went to find her. No phone answer. No detectable power level. The veteran and former police officer disguised his frantic one-man search as an immediate effort at relief, fingers bloody raw and muscles strained after digging through blocks worth of concrete and rebar.
A Terran man of incredible strength and a decorated career cried upon seeing his daughter's broken body. For most, the story would end here - another brilliant flame snuffed out before her time at the hands of evil, but Marshall bitterly refused to let go. Marshall had learned much of superior Terran technology through Celia Fate, and one of their crowning achievements was the Revenant Project. Touted as a way to essentially double military capability, a fresh corpse could be operated upon, injecting it with synthetic shape-shifting Katchin oil and imbibed with new life. As long as the brain was at least partially intact, they could essentially resurrect the dead... but as expected, it wasn't an easy process. Refined Katchin oil was deathly rare. The whole of Terra had only produced enough for a thousand men.
It was lucky that Marshall had been administered some during his time as a Terran officer. Absconding with Maxis' body, the grieving father saw her rebuilt. Flesh and blood turned to liquid metal and connections, but he was once again able to see life in his child's eyes. The new Maxis held nearly all of her previous memories and abilities to a perfect degree, save a few-day window close to her death which was mired in fog. The official story that Marshall gave to her and the police was that Maxis was recovered by him, alive but injured, and taken away for recovery. Since then, Marshall has been uncharacteristically harsh regarding protecting his daughter from any possible threat, and despite the Revenant Project's secondary purpose of increasing the resurrected's battle power, he refuses to even consider fielding her.

SUPPORT TECHNIQUE || HYPERFOCUS [20,000]
You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. You can only turn it off at the end of a post, at the end your second post after activation at the earliest. You will still consume MP and not regain any MP on the post you turned it off on. If you run out of MP, you lose Max Power's effects at the end of your post and cannot gain any MP on your next turn.
UTILITY TECHNIQUE || FLIGHT
By some means, usually through a skillful application of your ki, you are able to fly through the air.
UTILITY TECHNIQUE || KI SUPPRESSION
Skilled control over your ki allows you to suppress your Power Level to a minimum of 1 PL to either hide or use this lower PL to fight characters weaker than your full strength on even footing. This technique is passive and does not require KP use.
