It had been a few days since the Mercenary Outpost had been attacked by Saiba-Ban. Since that battle he had not been seen since. He should of been dead. That is what most people would assume. That what he thought too. Not that he went to heaven or hell. Instead he was just in an empty void. In the dirt and soil on plant, he laid. Two Saiyans were standing in the area he had been laid to rest. "Yah that fight was pretty crazy. But that explosion he tried to do was pretty small huh? He seemed really cocky and then just got owned right at the end. But that is to be expected. He was just a Saibamen." The other Saiyan glanced, "Well that guy was really strong. He only could be stopped by that Saiyan Dark. Without him, this whole place would be rubble." The other saiyan shook his head. "Nah, I didn't see the fight but I bet what your saying is bullshit."

As he said that, a green hand shot out of the ground. Saiba-Ban would slowly pulled himself out of the ground. His body was covered in acid. "Ok...that fucking bites...I don't feel so good at all." Saiba-Ban shook his head. "I really should not of started a fight like that." Saiba-Ban glanced at the two dumbfounded saiyans. He just came rising out of the ground. The First saiyan yelled. "How did a saibamen like you come crawling out of the dirt. Did someone plant you here?" Saiba-Ban rubbed his head. "Nah, I been here for a while guess you don't know who I am." The second guy stepped back. "Its Saiba-Ban your alive its impossible." Saiba-Ban just began to walk to a nearby bar. "I need to go grab some new clothes. Fuck, and i need some sort of drink. Need to get my head back on straight."

Another not-so-great day on Plant. Even if it was the Saiyan woman's home world, even she could recognize that it was far from the most extravagant place to live- or even hang around, for that matter. Especially when compared to somewhere like Earth, or... literally any other planet. Regardless, Delia knew she needed to get out of the current situation she found herself in. It had been quite some time since she had even made any progress towards being a celebrity, known and adored by everyone. But how was she supposed to do that?

Delia wasn't quite sure! But perhaps a little stroll would help her figure something out. At the very least, it'd kill some time. Parting from her home, Delia began traveling about- until she stumbled upon a familiar outpost. It didn't take long at all before her sights landed on a rather odd sight. A Saibamen emerging from the ground below, speaking with a Saiyan duo that looked rather shocked about the whole situation! Her head cocked to the side, the young woman intrigued by... something, it would seem. Growing closer, the woman cleared her throat and spoke up.

"What the Hell! I've never seen a frickin' Saibamen talking like a normal person before!" Delia exclaimed, the corners of her lips curling into a slight smile and her eyes widening. It was a curious sight, for sure. The young woman didn't even seem to bother to stop and ask if they were okay, even though it definitely seemed like they were pretty beat up. "Normally you guys just screech and jump around like a buncha' lunatics! And! You're wearing clothes! That's pretty weird, man."

Delia dashed in behind the Saibamen as they began walking towards the bar, the Saiyan woman not stopping until she was directly in front of Saiba-Ban.

"Hey, hi, hello!" Delia screeched slightly, just for good measure. Maybe Saiba-Ban would understand screeching. Even while she talked and screeched, those star-like irises of hers would seem to twinkle some. "What are you doing out here, little guy? And more importantly? How the heck are you able to talk!? Did some nasty little Tuffle experiment on you or somethin'!?"

Delia sniffles and wipes a non-existent tear from her eye. "That's so cruel!"

Saiba-Ban sensed he was not alone, or well, alone in the sense of strong people. He couldn’t just decide to smash things to pieces. She seemed to be in awe of him being a Saibamen who could talk and had a suit. Her talking up how she expected Saibamen to normally be a crazy beast. He tried to keep walking away but Delia would loop around in front of him. Saiba-Ban would stop walking and tilt his head up to look at Delia. “Ok your annoying me get off m..” Saiba-ban grunted. He was in a lot of pain. Saiba-Ban had just regenerated from getting blown to bits. So he was not in the shape to go yelling at her. She was going to ask these questions, but he was going to have to answer her question. Hopefully, that would get her to quickly stop.

“Well what I am I doing here. I tried to blow up by this whole outpost but that didn’t go to plan. I lost the fight.” Saiba-Ban shook his head. “Tried blowing myself up to Still get what I wanted and free my other saibamen kin. Didn’t work, I mean I even survived! I tried blowing myself up and I’m still alive! That really just a real kick in the head huh?” Saiba-Ban shook his head. “As for why I can talk? I got no idea? I hit my head at some point when I was young and then I learned I could talk like you saiyans.” He began to waddle towards the bar. “Anyway, I got an announcement I wanna make then I plan to get out of here? Any other questions?”

It seemed as though it didn't take very long at all for the Saibamen to start getting annoyed with the Saiyan's antics, that was for sure. Did Delia really care at all, though? Nope, not one bit! Her own curiosity was certainly a priority in this particular scenario. Under normal circumstances, the woman wouldn't have even bothered to linger around a Saibamen. In fact, she probably would've started wailing on it until it was out of the picture entirely. Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately for Saiba-ban, Delia's odd fascination was ensuring that she lingered around.

"Ahahah!" She laughed. "Blowing yourself up.. that's a real classic! You guys always tend to do that when you're in danger- though, uh.. I guess it definitely sucks that you had to resort to that at all." There was a brief moment of humming from the lass, Delia squinting at Saiba-Ban for a moment or two. Yep, she could definitely tell that he was super strong compared to the other Saibabeasts she'd encountered in the past. ".. who the heck did you end up fighting in order to have to do that? You're wicked strong, dude! Heck, you're probably even stronger than me!"

Admitting that a Saibamen was stronger than her was a little embarrassing, but she wasn't all too surprised by that. After all, he was a talking Saibamen. With the revelation that he had hit his head on a rock opening the ability to talk, that definitely answered that question. Though, she had to stop herself from blurting out a billion more questions right after that was answered.

"Do I have more questions? Hm! Yeah, I could ask a few more- but, I don't really wanna hold you up from doing your thing too long, y'know?" Delia nods a few times, trailing behind the waddling Saiba-Ban. "What kinda' announcement are you gonna make? Mind if I just sit in and listen?"

When Delia laughed at how he blew himself up he'd give her the middle claw. "Fuck you. It was a really heroic self-destruct I'd have you know." She was one of those Saiyan people he really didn't like it. Or at least that is how it mostly seemed to be. She at least seemed to be aware that he was really strong. She wanted to know who the hell would have had the power to take him down. He glanced up at her as he walked toward the bar. "This Saiyan named Dark. They are one wild warrior. We had a difference in opinion on my objective was to free my kind. So we fought to the death to the amusement of Zuqetta. Another Saiyan lady. I blew myself up as a last resort to try to take Dark down. If I had won all the Saibamen here would have been freed. But since they are still here, that means my explosion didn't do jack shit." It might of hurt Dark, but if he was not dead or at least in a crippled state, then it didn't matter did it?

Delia then asked what he was going to do. "You're free to listen and even participate. I am going to do what I should have done in the first place. But, I didn't trust the Saiyans. Still don't. But this is a semi-neutral ground. So Maybe what I am gonna do will work." He pushes into the bar and grabs a table to stand on. "Alright, I want every single one of you to listen up. The last time I was here, I tried to blow this place to bits. That didn't work so were gonna try something different. Here's what I'm gonna do." He slaps a massive stack of cash down on the table. "I'm opening my own fucking business. Kill anyone who hunts Saibamen, I'll pay yah. Free Saibamen form time to time. I'll pay yah for that. Stop hunting Saibamen, I'll pay to subside some other form of food service you can sell. I got a lot of fucking cash to burn and i'm willing to burn it." Saiba-Ban stared at the crowd waiting for a response. Maybe people would think he full of shit or a few people would take him up on his offer.

There was an audible gasp at the sight of the middle claw being given- and the vulgar language that came along with it didn't help, either! Though, Delia wasn't likely to do much about it. "How rude!" She'd exclaim, simply following along behind the Saibamen as he retold the story of what had caused the Saibamen to have to explode in the first place. As Saiba-Ban jumped on a table, Delia whipped out her handy dandy phone and started recording the little proposition that the Saibamen had started. Even if she wasn't particularly interested in hunting down people who wished to harm the Saibamen, the recording of the situation would at least make an interesting piece for her collection. It wasn't everyday that she stumbled upon a talking Saibamen like this, after all. After it seemed like Saiba-ban had finished with what he had to say, Delia would end the recording and store her phone away. Then, she'd clap her hands a few times.

"I'm not, like.. super interested in any of that, but I can at least keep an eye out in case anyone's being unnecessarily cruel to 'em. Like.. just hunting them for no reason other than to hunt 'em. I only ever bother to kick 'em away from me when they decide to jump me really!" Or at least, she figured that was the case. At the very least, Delia didn't go around hunting them for sport or anything of the sort. Her arms folded along her chest, Delia turning her attention to the crowd of people present. "Well.. I'm sure somebody would be willing to help with all of that, though! And! At the very least, if I come across anyone looking for work, I can let them know about your proposition."

“Ok well I do. And there not just screaming little Saibamen’s. It seemed that much of my kind the reason they are ‘stupid’ is because you and the tuffles. This planet is barren and war wrecked. We grow from the soil in the ground. When I left this planet and explored the universe I was able to grow in EArth and Namek. In both those cases, I grew a lot stronger. Or blowing himself up he was allowed to regrow his body and returned with a new and improved body. One that could contain his massive power? He was not exactly sure but it was something to consider.

When he gave off his speech, it seemed that most people began to listen to what Delia. Most people didn’t seem fond with his plan. But at least a few seemed to be willing to hunt people down who were doing bad to saibamen. Maybe for the money, maybe they felt bad or maybe they had a sense of respect for him considering what he had done here a few weeks ago. “Whatever that works.” Saiba-Ban jumped off the table and went to waddle out. He was not going to stay in the bar. He had hoped for more but guess he was going to have to take what he could get. This could of been worse. “Well still got a few more things to do then I’m out of here.” He grumbled. He was not staying on Plant, he needed to head to Earth with the Saibamen he could save outside in the wilds. And figure out a way to save Saibamen as a species. He needed to start small instead of big. That was one of his bigger problems. Change could take years, even if he desired it to change right now. He’d have to bite his tongue and build his influence.

It was tough to say, but if it worked for Saiba-Ban, than it was possible it could work for the others Saibamen that wandered around Plant. Heck, it'd help keep them from wreaking havoc on Plant, so that would definitely be nice at the end of the day. Still, until somebody actually managed to free the Saibamen from being hunted and captured, it would be impossible to know the outcome. Delia's eyes follow along as Saiba-Ban began heading on out of the bar after he gave his little proposition. She'd go ahead and follow along for now, though the Saiyan wasn't bound to pester the recovering Saibamen for much longer.

"Well! Hopefully something manages to come out of all that. People are always looking to make a quick buck and all of that." Delia nods a few times, her arms raising to fold across her chest. There was a quiet hum for a brief moment as the Saiyan pondered on something. "What're you planning on doing next, little dude? Gonna just keep trying to get stronger and try freeing your people at some later date? If you had to resort to blowing yourself up at the end in an effort to beat that one guy, it sounds like you're gonna need to start doing some real hard work!"

Plus none of my kin are as strong as me for one. Second, gonna take them somewhere they don’t need to fight for survival. That is my plan. Not sure where I am going to exactly. There is a lot of places I could go to. Plant is just the place that I know we can’t say. The saiyans and tuffles both want to destoy my kind. So it is better we just go somewhere else. Can’t take everyone but at can at least take some saibamen’s and build something new. Something that can be better then what we have here. Staying here ain’t gonna lead to the Saibamen’s reaching a better place.”

Delia then asked a bit more on what he might do. Afterall, if he had to blow himself up to just to have a chance to win his fight, then maybe he need to train a lot more to catch up. “Even if I trained, I bet they catch up. I ain’t that much of a fighter. So no, I know fighting important. But for a long time I use to think it was stupid. Now I realized that I need to be both a fighter and cunning. So gonna use my funding to build up my own world for my Saiba-Kin. Once that is done, maybe one day I can buy all the saibamen here and send them to my world. Or find other to help me force their hand. But, I doubt that will happen. Either way, I don’t exactly know what i’ll do but I got at least some good ideas of what to do.”

"Hey! Unlike the Saiba-creatures, we can at least communicate and don't just jump at the first person we see! Well.. most of us don't anyway. Most of the Saiba-people are just like wild animals! That's why I was so surprised when I saw one walking around and talking like a normal person." Delia nods a bit. Though, there was always the chance that the Saibamen and the like were simply acting out of self defense or something of that sort. "If you can somehow get them all to some isolated planet where they wont be bothered, that wouldn't be terrible. Can't say I'd oppose you just packin' 'em up and leavin' with 'em, really. But.. yeah. Some people just like usin' 'em as punchin' bags and stuff, I guess." Even to the average Saiyan, Delia figured that most saiba-beasts wouldn't stand a chance. They were bound to be used as training targets, tools to fight other enemies, and things of that nature.

"But, hm? You're not gonna try to free them usin' your might again?" The Saiyan woman lets out a huff of air, squinting a bit at Saiba-ban when her inquire was answered. It was a little disappointing, to be sure. "Laaaame! Like.. yeah, they're gonna keep growing stronger and all that. Saiyans tend to do that, y'know. But just leaving that as a backup plan is lame. It does seem like you've got a lot of money, but.. watching a good fight coulda' been cool!" Really, Delia just wanted to watch that sort of rematch go down again- even if it meant that Saiba-ban could've potentially sustained worse injuries next time.

"Ah, well. Guess it's your decision, though! Look forward to at least seein' how things play out, that's for sure." Delia nods a bit. "Heck, if you do decide to try freeing them by force again, I might step in to help! We'll just have to wait and see."

She have some fair points but she was going to defined his Saiba Kin. Delia at least to seem think it was not the worst idea. It would be better for them all to stay on their home. But that was not going to happen. The tuffles and Saiyan may of gotten together to take the saibamen out. Not that he had the force to do something like that. It take just one really strong saiyan to really push him to his limits. Two and he would be some Saiba-Paste. So yes, at least having one person that maybe could help him out in allowing him to move all the saibamen’s.

Delia though called him out for not wanting to use his strength again to free his kin. Why didn’t he just get stronger and then take down the saiyans. To free all his kin all he had to do was overpower all the Saiyans. “Unless I get way stronger, then I’m not going to be able to free all of them. Cause i’d have to fight a lot of people. So better to make it more of a pain to capture saibamen’s.” Hopefully, his money plan would actually work. He didn’t have unlimited money. “Well if I decide that I’m going to attack and take the Saibamen I left you know I guess. You got anything else you wanna ask?” He had gotten what he done for, but he didn’t wanna run off if Delia had something she wanted to say.

There was a slight frown that seemed to replace the young woman's smile for a brief moment. "Well, uh.. hm.. I guess they could be doing it just 'cause of all of us, yeah.. don't even really have anything to try and refute that, really. Guess I'd be tryin' to act crazy if I was in their shoes." Delia sighs some, a hand raising to scratch at her cheek for a brief moment. "Well.. hopefully you can figure somethin' out, at least. I'd offer to help with the freeing of the Saibamen, but.. gotta at least make sure I don't upset any of the other Saiyans. This is my home, after all." If Saiba-ban had been met with resistance last time, Delia was sure that commencing her own effort of freeing Saibamen like that was bound to draw the ire of somebody out there.

Delia rolls her shoulders, a quiet hum leaving her as she thought for a brief moment. It seemed like Saiba-ban was getting ready to head out after finishing his business, so the young woman hadn't wanted to keep him stuck here for too much longer. Surely he was a busy little fella'. She shakes her head slightly.

"Nope! I think that's all the questions I've got! Thanks for lettin' me bug you for a little while. Still kinda amazed that one of you guys can even talk, honestly!" Delia nods some. "But! If you do decide to fight and free the Saibamen, just let me know! If nothing else, it'd be a pretty interesting thing to watch!"

With that though, Delia would prepare to depart herself, a hand raising to wave towards the Saibamen as she began walking off. "See ya' later, little dude!"

Good, he had gotten his point across. Delia had to surrender to his points. That was one person he had convinced. One strong person but there were a lot of other people he still needed to convince. That was going to take a long time. Delia pointed out that she would love to help free the saibamen's but this was her home. She didn't want to get thrown off her planet. "You can always just spread the word. And try to keep the Saibamen safe. You know make sure more of them don't get thrown into cells rather than breaking them out of their prisons." It was the best he was going to get from her. But at least there was one more person not capturing Saibamen's. Delia seemed to be done asking questions.
