It was busy night out in the bergs. Axis impatiently sat ringside waiting for his turn. Tonight's cage match was a img of the hill style survival match. Each match was 1 v 1 winner where the winner fights again and the loser usually dies. It was still early but one fighter was doing especially well. He had already won five in a row. The man pumped his fist into the air as his latest victim hit the stone flooring.
The crowd erupted in cheers. The very wealthy bettors were exchanging their winnings back and forth. Finally it was Axis turn. He opened the reinforced cage door closest to him. With minimal effort he floated his hulking Arcosian frame into the circular arena. The entire building was well built but the arena was extra sturdy. It was built to withstand intense force and ki blasts though Axis suspected one of his stronger attacks would rip it apart rather easily.
As he entered the ring the crowd grew silent. Everybody knew what was about to happen. X was undefeated in Club Fist. His body count alone could scare away and deter even the most hardened warrior from comepting. This was a place with no rules. Defeat generally means death
The bell rang which signaled the start of his match. His opponent nervously rushed him. He was a bigger man and towered over X which is saying something since the Arcosian was well over six feet tall. With a war cry he charged and attempted to throw a haymaker. Faster then a blink Axis responded by shoving his arm through his chest. When he removed it his thick muscular arm left a dinner plate size hole in his chest. His body hit the floor before the blood could even begin to fall.
Who is Next? Do I have any more challengers or was this the best you guys could muster?
His voice was deep and boomed through the now silent audience. His blood red eyes lingered on the rich citizens in the front row as he spoke. The cleanup crew nervously came in to drag the dead body away as he spoke. With such weak competition here it was going to be hard to make any money tonight. Nobody would be stupid enough to bet against him. He was growing weary of his night job these days. There was no competition anymore. He felt like he was playing with childreb lately.Dropping bodies so easily was losing its appeal quickly. Hopefully something a little more entertaining would come a long soon
