BACKGROUND: Costios was a regular demon, summoned forth by Hell to replace one that had failed in it's duty. Of course, they were built with a purpose. To improve the techniques of torture for those placed in Hell. To do so they were sent to Earth to see what troubled the mortals the most, there was a recurring theme of Sin. Whether pride of gluttony, people suffered. So, he went to a university to acquire more knowledge on the topic.
After completing his degree in psychology with a year placement at a therapist's office. Dr Costios Sins was well equipped to begin asking humans to their face. However, they started to gain a hunger, the sins of which they spoke became tantalizing. They fulfilled the demon, but they kept losing their food source, curing people was good for them but unsustainable for a matter of survival.
So while curing people was all well and good. They started to supplant one sin with another. Each time a patient was coming close to being cured, they were being slowly drip fed another sin that would ensure their return in the coming days. The good doctor has been keeping this scheme going for several decades now and has been feeding the information back to Hell whenever a revelation came.
COMBAT INFORMATION
