Three Fourteen appears to be a normal human woman in her twenties. She wears her red hair long, tied back with a black bandana. Her eyes are a steely grey, her features might be seen as more conventionally beautiful if she smiled more; but her placcid, neutral expression leads to most reading her as cold and distant. Which might be accurate.
Her build is toned and slender. When she moves it is with an eerie grace, each movement extremely precise and calculated. She favours an old denim jacket which has been bleached by long exposure to the sun, a plain black t-shirt and loose brown cargo pants with a large number of pockets on each side.
BACKGROUND:
Sometimes, good things happen to bad people.
With the end of the Saiyan/Tuffle war it was inevitable that the more war-minded elements of the Tuffle military would seek to find ways to strike back against the Saiyans. Even though the war has been settled in as amicable a fashion as possible with minimal loss of life, there are always those to whom even this small concession is too much to their honour - or whose minds have been taxed too heavily by conflict to allow them to set aside grievance in the name of peace.
One such scientist came to Earth where he used his technology to establish a small base in the Western Wilds. A truly brilliant man, he kidnapped some local bandits with the intent of fusing them with cybernetic components to create killing machines. All but one of his experiments failed with the death of the unfortunate individuals concerned.
3.14 (Three Fourteen in speech) was the lone survivor. Once a woman called Shocola, she had never been a particularly fortunate soul. Nor was she a pleasant one. She felt bonds of kinship with her fellow bandits and ruffians - individuals whose low lot in life had resulted in their being abandoned by society. She and her band were part the reason why mercenaries and martial artists earn good pay escorting merchants and travelers through the desert wastes. It was never anything personal.
Until she watched her friends die and went through terrible pain herself.
With Three Fourteen (Fourteenth iteration of the third prototype), the scientist in question had perfected most of his work. He certainly made her a killing machine.
Loyalty chip could use work though.
She did not let the Tuffle die quickly, but she made sure that he did, definitely, die. When she was finished and her systems were fully online, she felt far more… calculating, than she had been before she underwent the process. She understood much more of the information that was in his computer than she should have been able to as an uneducated desert bandit. She was also strong. Strong enough that all the weapons they had once been so proud to have stockpiled could not break her skin.
Three Fourteen does not mourn her humanity. Humanity, it seems, was the source of her weakness. Feeble in mind and feeble in body. When she emerged from the laboratory she was born anew into a world which looked very different to her metal eyes. Doubtless the woman that she used to be would not have sacrificed her friends for the power that she now has. But the woman she used to be was a perpetual victim in a universe which was so much bigger than she was.
Three Fourteen feels little but disgust for the vast bulk of humanity. For most sentient beings, in fact. Too weak to defend themselves, cast about on the whims of greater powers than they could ever conceive of.
She, by contrast, understands the fundamental truth of reality: the only thing that matters in this world or any other is the power one holds in their own hands. Her enhanced brain is continuously spinning with new ways to enhance and grow the destron-powered energy source embedded in her core; to improve upon the power that flows through her systems and allow her to reach heights undreamed of by any living species.
She has already surpassed the limits of her former flesh and blood. How much greater will she become when she has surpassed the limits of this body? And the next? And the next? She will become the singularity, the eternal, incalculable variable which spills out from its confines and redefines the parameters of reality itself.
Well. When we said good things happen to bad people, perhaps that’s very much a matter of perspective.
Three Fourteen can’t really be said to be a person any more, after all.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.

Her forearms are the clearest indication she is not human - which may be why she usually keeps them covered. The external appearance of skin there gives way to smooth, shiny black Katchin which has been shaped by advanced techniques to mould seamlessly with the rest of her construction.

Three Fourteen releases a wave of kinetic force to push back and deflect incoming attacks. To those who can't sense energy this can look like incoming attacks simply veer away from her at the last moment.

Heavy Defensive Technique || Max Power Shielding
Three Fourteen diverts all internal power to her Kinetic Field Generator. This massively enhances the integrity of the shield, generally causing it to slice a perfect sphere around her. This shield can only be sustained briefly and leaves her power systems completely exhausted making it something of a last-ditch effort.

Light Offensive Technique || Analyse and Annihilate
Three Fourteen’s general martial arts style. This is a highly adaptive series of punches, kicks and throws which tend to get more complex as she gets a greater read on her opponent and can therefore utilise predictive programming to counteract anticipated defensive measures (and can afford the MP to boost the attack).

Three Fourteen’s eyes are equipped with a pair of high-powered lasers connected directly to her Destron Energy Core. This vicious little trick can burn clean holes through her opponent even when her hands are occupied, or else inflict severe damage on surrounding buildings.

Heavy Offensive Sparking Technique || Ground Zero
Three Fourteen’s entire body glows, and then she releases energy in an all-directional wave which rushes outwards and seeks to obliterate all targets. The initial target – the one literally at Ground Zero – is obviously the one in most danger, but everyone Three Fourteen’s internal systems do not designate as a ‘friendly’ will find themselves in extreme danger.

Three Fourteen can fly through the air as swiftly and easily as they can move on the ground.
Utility Technique || Inbuilt Sensor Array
Three Fourteen is able to sense a wide range of atmospheric conditions including temperature and radar - this cannot overcome stealth techniques without consent
Utility Technique || Inbuilt Scouter
Three Fourteen is able to mathematically calculate and express power levels of opponents who utilise ki energy. Unlike the classic scouter this does not have a communication channel.
Utility Technique || Destron Energy Control
Three Fourteen is able to modulate the output of their internal energy core to an extremely precise degree, allowing them to control their power level to within 1 unit on the galactic standard scale.
Utility Technique || Destron Adaptation
Three Fourteen's design is hardened against the corruptive effects of Destron. Highly weaponised forms (such as those used in opponent's techniques) will still damage them normally, but environment destron causes them no hardship.
Utility Technique || Datalink
Three Fourteen is in constant communication with her home supercomputer, which records every experience she has from her perspective. This allows her to rewind and review her experiences in perfect clarity - effectively gaining the benefits of an eidetic memory.
Utility Technique || Cybersecurity
Three Fourteen and her supercomputer are hardened against hacking attempts through high level encryption protocols keyed to her specific brainform. This makes it challenging to hack her or her computer, though sufficiently dedicated attempts with high level resources behind them are feasible.
Utility Technique || Incalculable Variable
Three Fourteen is able to integrate with and control technology and other computer systems, pitting her own mind against the existant code. Where there is no true AI this is usually trivial, though AI can put up a significant struggle. Player character possessions always require consent to be controlled by the Incalculable Variable that is Three Fourteen's mind.
