This whole piloting thing wasn't too bad. Sure, Deca hadn't done much beyond manhandling the joystick around to change course towards whatever struck her fancy at the time, but the Planarian's craft excellent guided systems kept her safe. Maybe that meant she wasn't really doing much piloting at all... oh well. Seeing space for the first time had been neat, but the sea of stars and constant need to dodge asteroids and solar storms made things quickly grow dull. Not in the visual sense; no, there were more colors scattered across the endless black ocean than she'd ever seen before. More in the 'I've been sitting in the same cramped chair for a really long time, and I'm going to lose it' dull.
The excitement of adventure was admittedly mired by Deca's true goal in venturing from home, finding her mother Axi (and hopefully her entire crew to boot!). Trigon must've been terribly worried about her by now, and the Planarian did feel somewhat guilty for leaving her dad in the near dark like that, but Deca was determined to find Axi herself, and no amount of pleading would've convinced him to allow the trip. Perhaps it was a bit hasty to go wandering into an unknown infinity as a not even adult with no plan of action in mind, and Deca would take full responsibility for that decision, BUT! ...But it surely wouldn't cause any long-term trouble, right?
>> SUITABLE LANDING PLANET WITHIN RANGE, CHANCE OF HABITATION: 78.5%
>> AVERAGE LV... UNDEFINED
>> CHANGE COURSE Y/N?
The last time she'd landed on a habited planet, it was full of spear-wielding frogs that tried to make her some sort of God. Very weird and borderline blasphemous! There was only ONE God, thank you kindly, and it certainly wasn't her. Might as well give it a go, though!
