Terium listened carefully to Mint, honestly, he wasn't going to betray the contract, and the loyalty thing was going to be difficult. Mainly due to one detail that Mint seems to have overlooked, or maybe he hasn't. Loyalty is something to be earned, not just given out of nowhere. The Bio-Androids will be loyal to the contract for as long as its active, but true Loyalty is something that Mint will need to work to gain. "Very well, though the loyalty part will be difficult to pull off, as long as you treat them well, you should be fine," Terium told Mint, knowing that gaining the loyalty of his legions would be a difficult endeavor, but one that is well worth going through.
Hopefully Mint has the willpower and charisma to pull it off. And then there's Mint's purpose for said Army...so he doesn't intend to use it for conquest, good. "After my original benefactor disappeared and was later found to be dead, I repurposed the army to protect this world. As it's clear you intend the same, it should make it all the easier to gain their loyalty." Terium then thought about the partnership bit, while not stating what their original purpose was as it is no longer of importance. "If circumstances forced me to leave our co-beneficial partnership, I'll of course give notice so long as nothing happens to prevent me from doing so." He explains, implying that there is always the chance that a notice could get intercepted and stopped from reaching its destination. Terium isn't really one to sneak unless he's underground so he figures he might as well be bluntly honest about this.
When Mint spoke of Namek, Terium merely nodded, finished getting the contract typed up, and then had it printed with the contract having a bit placed on stating that it could be amended in the future if need be. Better to leave that open on the off chance others might enter the contract. The reason why it has been printed onto paper is to ensure no hackers get to it, a precaution that Terium is sure Mint will understand.
