"All right, let's do this one last time."
Brilliantly colored neon lights highlighting the night life of Papaya Island surged below the rooftop that a certain Saiyan someone now stood atop. A knowing yet excited grin plastered upon his face as he flicks on his visor, readjusting his comic-hero esque helmet as he looked behind him toward a nonexistent cameraman, falling backwards off the rooftop with a dramatic flourish, diving head first into the street below.
"My name is Dion Parker."
A cinematic like flashback then ensues along side every phrase, showcasing Dion in several different, familiar, and all the more iconic situations from his past, as well as his own do gooding in action so to speak- with him currently skyrocketing through the streets of Papaya Island's main city as he spoke,
"I was chased off of Planet Vegeta as a child, and for 10 years, I've been the one and only Saiya-Man."
"...I'm pretty sure you know the rest."
Upon assuming the extent of the audience's contextual knowledge, a more dream-like scene then played out to help the lesser educated, as Dion began to recall the wise words left to him by his late Uncle Capper, his words ringing loud and clear within his mind even to this day as he relives watching him walk off into the light,
"With great power comes great responsibility."
Blinking himself back to reality, the young man continued with his expository tirade, a more 80s styled montage flashing by at a rapid pace-
"I saved a bunch of people,"
Memories of saving his immediate group of friends from the terror of Kalabas by calling upon the power of the Super Saiyan flashed by like a camera lens going off, the euphoric feeling remaining novel despite using the form on a near daily basis-
"Fell in love,"
Recollections of several dinners by candlelight with Aurora Arctos then replayed themselves for the audience's viewingtorture pleasure-
"Saved the Earth-"
Referring to his past clash with his former rival Scallio, wherein their showdown had been one of galactic proportions before being cut short by his own mother Amara Osbourne, ending with Scallio dying by his own hand-
"And then I saved the Earth again."
A slight grimace reared itself onto his face as he recalled the nastiness of Vocado and his attempts at turning Earth into a fruit world with his Tree of Might, with that plan thankfully having been successfully wilted away-
"And again, and again, and again."
Several more shots of Dion being whupped to kingdom come and back flash the screen in rapid succession, making the offscreen Turbo Dion wince in pain.
"And I did, uh... I did this."
Dion continued his flyby of Papaya Island, letting out several "whoops" as he barrel rolled through the skyline clad in his telltale golden aura, waving to several planes that happened to pass him by as he carried on,
"Look, I'm a comic book. I'm a cereal, did a Christmas album, I have an excellent theme song, and a so-so Hetap flavor."
Revealing the aforementioned flavor in his hand, he opened the can with a forceful flick of the thumb, taking a sip and nearly crashing to the ground in utter disgust.
"...I mean, I've tasted worse."
"But after everything-"
The young man lets out a small "oof" of a grunt as he finds himself making contact with the back of Amara Osbourne's clenched fist, only to be followed up with a choke and a throw from Derry "Kingpin" Ottoy and a gut punch from Alpinia Octavius, forcing him to the ground in a panting heap.
"I still love being Saiya-Man. I mean, who wouldn't?"
In stark contrast, Dion then is shown to be running amongst the rooftops once more, carrying Aurora in his arms as he skydives off the edge of the very last one in a row of apartment buildings the two had been running down, laughing as Aurora clutches him closer in terrified (yet thrilled) response.
"So no matter how many hits I take..."
An additional Signature from Amara, and a Heavy Sparking with Bleed+ from Alpinia send Dion flying once again into the pavement, with the self-proclaimed Saiya-Man struggling to find his bearings.
And yet...
"...I always find a way to come back."
True to his word, Dion Parker did find his way to his feet, fists clenched as he let out a defiant shout, blond hair rippling through the sheer intensity of the Ki he now radiated.
"Because the only thing standing between this planet and oblivion, is me."
Returning to the present day, Dion is shown to be freefalling once more from high above the clouds of Papaya Island, arms spread like a flying monkey as he takes in the warmth of the sun, all over his body- especially the palms of his hands.
"There's only one Saiya-Man."
Looking now toward the reader, Dion winks, as fourth wall breaking is one of Parker's most notable abilities.
"And you're lookin' at him."
