Major Blizzard just stationed just outside his outpost on Planet Plant. The difference between his outpost compared to the others on this planet was the arcosian technology which seemed more advanced when it came to the saiyans but somewhat equal footing with the tuffles. However the tents, the guard towers, and Blizzards office quarters all were made of a top tier material that was layers just like an arcosian’s natural bio armor since the arcosian bio armor was naturally strong against ki and physical damage most of the time.
Anyone who saw this outpost would deem it arcosian if it was empty with no soldiers present. Blizzard was just outside of his office and sitting down in a throne like chair as he looked at the table before him. Doing paperwork and seeing what else he could accomplish while on this planet. He had just made an audience with the King just prior so the relationship between both sides were somewhat together since he did show up during the Saiyan throne competition and insured that the King would get it.
Blizzard looked beside him at his red ant alien Captain that stood beside him.
“Sir I can continue doing the paperwork if you like?”
Blizzard chuckled a bit as he shifted his eyes towards his Captain.
“You can, but then I would have to look over your report to make sure it’s right. Lord Azoth is going to expect a correct reports on all the paperwork. If not he, but his advisors or anyone who handles the paperwork after us.”
While not entirely confident in his ability to act in a more diplomatic matter when taking into account all that he had been briefed just so recently ago, Polarus was determined to start cultivating his coalition against the lowly rat that was Azoth and his empire's meager might. The sultan of smite was more than ready to do whatever was necessary, even if that meant he had to undertake the building of his forces straight from the ground up. Thankfully, though, if there was anything that he took from his reunion and subsequent informational discussion with his little sister Ise, it was that there happened to still be a strong number of Hibernal loyalist forces that remained even after Azoth's hostile takeover of the throne. And there seemingly just so happened to be just such a person besides the two of them on the same planet they now remained upon.
The name of the individual he now sought the audience of was Major Blizzard, and while he had been under cryo-sleep for over six months, even before his slumber he had heard whispers and rumors of the man's harsh upbringing- the loss of both of his arms being a physical attribute many are able to identify him by- as well as the militaristic conquests taken in the name of the empire, wherein his loyalty to the rightful ruler and his majesty Lord Hibernal shown tried and true in every escapade he had undertaken. Although they themselves had never been paired together for any military crusades, the mere mention of their names together was enough to shake many of their opposing forces to their very cores. Such a man would do well within the ranks of a potential insurgency against the blasphemous rule of Azoth, and although his strength paled in comparison to many of the pieces on the board at the moment, Polarus held the charisma of a king and the majesty of a true ruler- all characteristics having been derived from the very man that he was genetically based upon. Along with these things though came the potentiality for even greater strength than that of Hibernal's own power, considering Polarus himself was made to push and perfect the boundaries of biology and physicality of the Arcosian race, which gave him more than enough reassurance that he would be prepared to bring down Azoth when the time was ripe.
However, such things were still far off in the future for the fledgling fragments of Hibernal's fractured force, but the first step toward such a future still was to reassemble the pieces all back together.
Polarus' conviction to bring about such a future was what drove him now, and he quickly approached the Arcosian outpost with a determined glint within his ruby red gaze. It didn't take him long to locate the base of operations, with him following the coordinates relayed to him by Ise's informants to a t- as any good soldier would do.
Landing just in front of the outpost, ensuring he was a good distance away in order to avoid appearing too eager, Polarus looked upon the complex with a critically calculative eye. Utilizing his intimidating physicality, Polarus stood with a strong, wide stance as his base, impossibly broad shoulders accompanying his width as he tilted his chin slightly upward into the air- an atmosphere of invincibility being exuded that could only have been matched by one man, who was six months long since dead.
"Hear me, I am Polarus Wintergreen," The duke of domination stated as he ensured his tone was loud and clear enough to hear throughout the entirety of the immediate area. Not believing he needed to provide any further context than that- most of the empire knew of the man even before his absence, and his presence was one that is not so easily forgotten- Polarus continued, stating in a continued commanding tone, "I wish only to speak with the man who is presently atop your chain of command. I have a, proposition to make. One that I believe your commander would be quite interested to entertain."
After his initial announcement, Polarus chose to simply stand and wait- as he was more than sure that mere mention of his name would invite interaction with the man he wished to ensure the loyalty of from the get go. Afterall, who would refuse an audience with the last living direct connection to Lord Hibernal himself?

Blizzard kept his arms to his back and walked along his outpost as he saw the soldiers doing their work. As he was going to relax and call it a day, his scouter had detected a strong power level reading. As the arcosian walked onto the base, Blizzard had his arms within his large size cloak to appear less intimidating but that was already impossible due to his size in nature. The arcosian was tall, in fact they both were giant size.
“I’m right here. Major Blizzard of the Arcosian Empire. I don’t recall ever hearing about your name or your status in the empire.”
Even though the arcosian was the same size as Blizzard, he didn’t have the strength like he did. So being a giant wasn’t exactly working for the arcosian and Blizzard could rest easy knowing that this arcosian pose no threat compared to Blizzard’s own power. The other soldiers noticed and had calmly relaxed, knowing that Blizzard was there and capable enough to take down the arcosian if the conversation went south.
“I am willing to hear you out. You said it would be interesting?”
Blizzard would head nod to one of his soldiers and several soldiers bringing in a table and two chairs for them to sit. Blizzard was the first to sit down and waited for the arcosian to do the same.
A surprised expression formed itself onto the features of the sultan of smite- Polarus being genuinely intrigued as to how Major Blizzard had seemingly never heard or seen of the man before him in Hibernal's military force in the entirety of either soldier's service. Perhaps Blizzard had been dispatched to areas of the universe wherein news of his exploits did not reach far enough? Or maybe it was due to the fact that, while still larger than the average alien, Polarus did happen to be within his first form, and his first form's appearance was much less known than his True Form's own intimidating stature.
Either way, the ice-cold colossus found it hard to believe that, unless one was hiding under some sort of rock for more than hundreds of years, his name was not more well known throughout his father's own empire. It didn't matter all that much in the grand scheme of things, thankfully. As once Blizzard and his forces were shown to put two and two together, he was more than sure that he would at least be guaranteed the assurance of loyalty when the time came.
Bowing in a respectful manner, he spoke with a formal tone, saying, "I appreciate the hospitality, Major Blizzard. I must admit that I am slightly taken aback at the lack of knowledge of my being, seeing as most high ranking officials within the former Hibernal military were at the very least aware of my existence due to my explicit connection with aforementioned former Lord Hibernal, however, this matters not. Or at least, does not matter all that much in regards to the bigger picture."
Taking his offered seat, Polarus folded his hands into each other as he leaned his chin onto the top of the bridge that was formed with said hands, looking intently over at Blizzard as he looked around as well at the decent amount of soldiers now drawn to the buzz of a new entrant to the camp. Besides Blizzard, every other person here could be dispatched with relative ease from the ruler of ruination, however, to get into a combative situation with Blizzard was an outcome that needed to be avoided. Considering his time spent out of action, Polarus' power quickly was pushed past by majority of the more notable fighters of the cosmos, and Blizzard was no exception to this rule. He didn't even seem to be transformed and his power already eclipsed whatever Polarus could muster up at the moment. So, the Arcosian attempted to continue to act within his diplomatic ability, stating with a polite and cordial tone of voice his proposal, "I believe we both like to be more punctual with our action, so I will attempt to get to my point as quickly as possible. First and foremost."
"What do you think of Azoth as our empire's new leader?"
Utilizing the best poker face he could formulate, Polarus watched Blizzard's reaction with a careful eye. If it appeared to lend itself anywhere to being in any way loyal to Azoth and his methods, this conversation was over. If it happened to highlight any weakness in his allegiance, however..

Clearly this man knew of Hibernal during his time of being alive. Blizzard would rest his shoulders and casually leaned back in his chair as he felt rested in knowing that this arcosian couldn't pose a threat even if he tried. Blizzard was quick to call another shoulder and after whispering at him, the soldier nodded. Seconds would pass and the soldiers brought over a wine with two glasses. To show his trust worthiness towards the arcosian, Blizzard would pour his own wine into his own glass and drank it for him to see.
"Well I'm sure you haven't heard of me either. You see, I have spent decades of my career in offworlds. You see, before I was a Major, I was a Captain that served the Empire and going on voyages. Freeing corrupt worlds from tyrant governments, enslaved workers, and even mercenary folks who wanted to rule a planet and control the natives. You see, I only had discovered the recent death of General Hibernal. So when his death came to me, I was deeply sadden by it. Not only did he and I have... similar cybernetic situations... Since many of our own clan members aren't cybernetic at all or half. I saw it as me and him had more things in common. I am a Hibernal loyalist if one could call it that. You see, I have done my research before I had done these voyages. I have learned about his extensive history to a degree, which is what made me want to go out there and do voyages. Of course, I didn't go the same path he did."
He would casually sip his wine as the arcosian stated something serious.
"He promotes peace. Which is something that all civilizations want. But, he also killed Hibernal, which I am not a fan of. To kill one of our own instead of trying to find common ground. You see, that just lowers the trust among the other arcosians. Now we are like those saiyans. Who want to take the throne for themselves. now we are seen as savages instead of respected individuals. For a time I did want the throne as well, but seeing as what the throne brought well.. I wouldn't be surprise if people would want to take out Azoth because of it. As for loyalties well, I have no comment on that aspect of it. Since it doesn't matter what answer I give since all that matters is servitude. You serve the Empire no matter whose on that throne. I continue my day to day bases while someone else is chosen for the throne whether its by force or election. It doesn't bother me because, I will continue to do my job no matter whose ruling the Empire."
It was the same concept as Earth's presidents. No matter who was chosen, those who live their lives and have a job or career. Will still continue to do it whether they like the president or not. There's nothing much they could even do about it since well, Azoth was powerful and anyone who would even try to assault him would be a fool. And If this arcosian thinks he could take down Azoth while being a Hibernal loyalist well.. Blizzard wouldn't miss that kind of fight.
