BACKGROUND: General Silver was once a high ranking general in Earth’s army. Serving as a General, he gave soldiers their orders and they did as he commanded it. Serving his planet was his call of duty in life. However when his daughter got a disease he didn’t have the money to pay for it. So he started stealing from the military and eventually got caught. After being caught he was sentence to prison for quite some time. His wife and daughter had passed away while he was in there. When he got out, he met Commander Black who remembered him during their military days together and joined up with him. After learning what Black is trying to do. He decided to work with him in hopes of turning the world into androids.[/font]
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an slots. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
