Tambo's PL: 5000
The loud thumping sound echoed in the forge as the holy blacksmith hammered away at chunks of red hot steel, molding them in various shapes, his unending labor a reminder of Namek’s unending struggle. As long as he kept at his job, the planet would endure. Years of internal conflict, otherworldly threats popping up and other unseen threats menaced the feeble balance of the planet, but Tambo remained resolute in his task. His fate was not intertwined with the heroes, steadfast guardians of the planet, its people, and its culture. As the keeper of lore, he could only be grateful for their selfless vanguard, eternally.
Still, culpability clouded his mind as he relentlessly forged the metal. Was it really wise to leave the fate of the planet up to others and take no part in it? Tambo had never been instructed in martial arts, it had never been his calling. Still, he felt sorrow as he watched, silent, the events unfolding. When would the next Guru be appointed? In these times of need, he felt that someone able to guide and lead the people would not be too much asked. False prophets had tried to snag the title for themselves and lead the people for their selfish gains, but Tambo still believed that, in due time, the people would find their leader.
A recent message from Nero had told him about the newest threat. Pale-looking aliens, claiming to take control of the world or part of it- for their greater good. As if they had higher authority and possessed a necessity to teach them their way, show them how to live. Without any semblance of respect for their culture or respect for their struggles.
He kept striking and striking until he stopped. As he looked over the object, frowning then tossing it away. It was no good. Impurities snuck in as he forged, probably due to his wavering concentration. He took a break, sat down a bit further, and closed his eyes, preparing for meditation. As he did, he sent out a prayer to his brothers and sisters, to give them the courage to keep going on, to watch out for each other, and repair burning bridges. In time, they would find peace.
OOC: Tambo is in his forge, wondering about the current issues. He seems distraught, but tries not to, sticking to his lifelong job.
