Although Ollo still thought the scientist deserved a much better title than what he had right now, he would respect his current wishes at the very least. What surprised him more was his statement that he did not believe in gods, including Porunga. While the statement did shock him, he could recall the words from the spiritualist from his village. There were others out there who held different faiths or none at all, although it was not their faults. The scientist had a far different view, acknowledging their existence although not trusting their power. After listening to what he had to say, he would reach a hand out to pat him. "It's ok. I know Porunga works in strange ways that we can't understand. If you don't believe in him like that he doesn't mind. He still loves you." Porunga's first lesson was preaching brotherly love, and Ollo intended to follow through with it to the very end.
The scientist, Flamel, soon began to talk more about legends and rumors of how normal people like him would reach godhood. It was interesting to hear, especially when legends say something like that has happened in the past, although he did bring up that these ascended gods no longer were among them. "Maybe they just went to become part of Porunga or somewhere else?" He couldn't actually think of where they would go, but that was an explanation that made sense to him. Although there were times when Ollo wished these heroes were here to help him again, it wasn't as if he could now ask them seeing as they were all missing.
"You seem to know a lot, Flamel. Who taught you all of this?" He inquired after they exchanged names. Surely a man of such knowledge would have to begin somewhere. If that was the case maybe he could speak to them and learn more from there. Unless it came to fighting, Namek didn't particularly have many people that spoke much about the knowledge outside the universe. All Ollo wanted to do was to learn more so that maybe he could use such knowledge to improve the planet some more.
