There goes Kon, as aggressive as ever, making it clear that she isn't exactly taking any sort of backtalk from the new guy, something that Derry very much likes to see. It's like she's starting to mature, if only just a tiny bit as of right now. Progress is slow, but it's still progress. It's even a bit surprising that she's very much opting to try and do this job as quietly as she possibly could, though from how her other jobs went, it's likely that she's learned that the hard way. With everything else taken care of, Derry moves the piece of paper with the driver's schedule over to Kon and Loki, mentioning, "Doesn't have to be an immediate thing. Schedule runs for about a week until a new one is needed, though the sooner the better."
The pair seem to be quite eager to take off and get this work done, something that Derry is very pleased to see. "Welp, just get your measurements both here and at the drop-off and go get yourselves a truck. I'll probably be sitting in here... doing... paperwork." He sighs to himself as he looks to his left at the pile of papers that he still has to go through. It's bad enough that he has to deal with a whole bunch of new papers due to running for president, but with Satanael's leave, things have gotten even worse for the man. Maybe he could get Pursuer to do this stuff, but he isn't even sure if the guy is capable of doing paperwork. "Er, if you do need anything, Kon's still got a scouter I believe. Just give me a ring."
There was far too much talking going on with the other two and for once they finally ended it prematurely. Now came to the actually difficult part: putting the plan into action. Kon wasn't one to come with the plan, leaving it with the others to deal with before she typically strayed off from it to do her own thing. Seeing as she did want back in with the snakes though, she had to follow their orders the best she could. Ugh, well, that wasn't going to stop hre from doing her own thing. "Let's do it tonight," she spoke to Loki. "We got all the information we need and I don't think we need to prepare with your powers. What exactly do you need to bring us over there right now?" Surely there was some catch with his abilities that she was unaware of. Otherwise, from what it seemed like so far, it would all be a simple in and out.
At the mention of her scouter, Kon then took out her mask, beginning to calibrate it for transmission with Derry and the other snakes should she need it. It was an excellent replacement for a cellphone, seeing as she never found any interest for one. "Do you got one of these or a phone or something? It's good for talking when we're far and I don't go a walkie talkie or phone or other shit like that." She said plainly, waiting for the other man to respond. Even then, it was probably too late for her liking. Nonetheless though, she was ready to go. The moment Loki gave his ok as well, the two would begin their mission without further ado.
Kamae's eyes shifted to Kon then to Derry as the two of them spoke about scouters. A device that could communicate over long distances apparently, but that made the demon simply smile at such a pitiful thing. But he would buy one if it helped them keep track of him somehow but he didn't see a reason to use it when he could talk to anyone he wanted in the galaxy he knew of. The demon shrugging as Kon asked if he needed anything else before doing the heist, to which the demon looked to her once more.
"No, I just need to know the measurements of the parking lot. I can simply be there to determine where to move the truck, no equipment needed. But appreciated nonetheless. As stated, moving two people is different than moving a couple tons of metal and liquids to another location."
Kamae stood up then, swiping at his jackets ends to unruffle it. He placed his hands in his pockets as he sighed.
"If we do it tonight, that will be best. I want it done just as much as you do missy."
Kamae's smile faded as he turned to leave, waving goodbye as he started towards the door. Frankly, he was enjoying this groups business over his previous employer. Perhaps he would ultimately side with Derry in the future... but for now, it was clear that he was going to need to work first.
Kon continues taking the initiative with Loki, but is already starting to push it as she doesn't believe that they don't need much preparation due to the nature of Loki's powers. "Again, there's no need to rush things," Derry reminds the young saiyan, "So long as you two are prepared enough, this job should go off without a hitch, and we'll all need deeper pockets afterwards." He was still quite curious if the two of them could really pull them off, Loki being green in the figurative sense and Kon still a bit hot-headed, but he's still wondering how it could actually go wrong considering all of the powers at their disposal.
All Loki really needs is those measurements and he should be all set, and considering how this job will be the perfect moment for Kon to prove herself to the Dirty Snakes, it's quite easy to understand why she's so eager to get this done and out of the way. He's also looking forward to the results from both, and maybe perhaps Kon might finally have a partner that can tolerate her and that she can tolerate them. If that's the case, then that alone is good enough. "Careful planning, you two. It's all about careful planning. I wish you two the best of luck. Can't wait to start counting out all that cash." Derry waits for the two to depart from his office before leaning back into his chair, glancing at the pile of paperwork on his desk and muttering to himself, "Yeah... tomorrow."
Eh, it was some things that Kon didn't really know that Loki needed to know. Whatever, that was something that Derry could deal with. At the very least the two of them could agree with the fact that they wanted to do this sooner rather than later. Whether or not it was possible to do this upon the same night remained a question, although that could be quickly be answered soon. For now though, she had to prepare for it, making sure that she had all the necessary equipment to do so in the first place. She refused to let another bank heist situation like before go off once again.
For now the three would separate, prepping for the mission currently at hand. Fortunately, she had learned or at least that was she had thought, from her previous encounter. Ending this as soon as possible was ideal, and now that they had some weird magic portal at their disposal it shouldn't go too bad either. Kon would return back to her own room, fetching the equipment that she needed. This was going to be interesting, especially when it could possibly expose Loki's true colors in the process. While she didn't trust that bastard still in the slightest, maybe it could shed light on his true motives.
