CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: No matter how Seng-Sang-Sing morphs their appearance, they always tend to stick to a particular main look. A shadowy purple and black body sporting a row of stark white triangles for teeth and fiery yellow orbs for eyes. They are tall and lanky everywhere else, perfect for contortion and stretching. This shadow mass is held in place by a frilly white suit, top hat, and comically large cherry red gloves and shoes. In order to traverse the world of the living more inconspicuously, their teeth shift into solid squares and gains actual pupils. Other than that they always show their teeth unless they actually talk, and uses their magically rubbery ethereal nature to shift their body in absolutely impossible shapes.
Until I get art here’s a good approximation. Imagine if these two weirdos had a really creepy baby:
Soul Stream Darcha: Rather than actual copies, Sing calls those who signed away their souls to forever serve the demon of chaos. Darcha was their first and most loyal servant. A demon woman wielding a spear literally dripping with shadowy power. Her hair is long and sleek, shining with a contrasting light against the charcoal black. She is built like any fighter.
Soul Stream Durira: A former Tuffle hero brought into the soul stream after Seng opened his eyes to a new way of thinking. He always was more chaotic and far more advanced than even his tech savvy race. A scrawny young man with short aqua hair and glasses. He is seen wearing a demonic mech suit empowered by the soul stream.
Soul Stream Dande: A Konatsian who tried, and failed, to tame the legendary monster that dwells within the few cursed of the race. While he no longer loses control, he is now an unrecognizable mass of monstrous parts splicing into his original body,
BACKGROUND: Heroes live a very formulaic life. Certainly, one that is blessed and full of adventure. But they all start and end the same. They’re born, they die, time moves on. Even the villains of history aren’t exempt from this rule of life. They live, they die, people forget about them. To remember Seng-Sang-Sing would take hundreds if not a thousand years’ worth of history. All that’s left is yellowed pages of texts and crumbling stone carvings.
Gin’s planetary origins are unknown, though most say it was either a powerful Konatsian mage or just a demon that crawled out of hell. Even they have forgotten in all these centuries. All they know is that it was on Namek they met their end. By some headstrong hero that “would not stand idly by while his people were-” etc etc. A tale literally as old as time.
Their true beginning was indeed in hell. Particularly a shining apple that happened to fall from the tree and rotted from the inside out. Born with no power except for their literally enchanting voice. Wanting to expand upon this magical talent further, they went to the known magic epicenters of the universe. Konats, Namek, and even seeing if the budding Tuffles could help. Eventually, the people almost raised them, giving them a more fitting name for waking life, that being Gin. No matter how they helped or what magical gifts they received though, it was never enough.
For better or worse though it wasn’t a lack of power that drove them. All of the teachers and power they got just bored them. They were always told to use their power responsibly. But why? What possible fun could they have with their power if not using it to spread a little chaos? It was that mindset that led them to their inevitable demise. Several times in fact. Spread out over a few hundred years, dragging themselves up from hell to try and create the ideal world of chaos. The best part was the people that swore their allegiance to them. They too wanted this ideal world, so much that they even allowed their souls to become connected and called upon whenever needed.
However, even that became dull as time went on. The heroes were all the same. Constantly losing went from exciting to just another chore. The worst part was for a few centuries, the heroes stopped showing up. No one was interesting anymore. Even the wannabe villains that followed them were nowhere near as fun as their original followers. So eventually they stopped. Stopped coming to the living world, stopped spreading chaos. Just watched and waited in the demon realm. Sure it was boring, but no more so than the living world. Centuries would pass, Seng-Sang-Sing was slowly forgotten.
So that’s it. That was the end. Until something caught Singer’s attention. All of these power hungry villains are actually making moves on a planetary level. Such grand ambition that they were so fearful had disappeared from the world. The heroes were nothing to pass up either, with their surprisingly solid convictions. More importantly, they were all so interesting and diverse! So many interesting faces once again. After all these years there was something to grab their attention once more. Most notably of all was probably Namek. The once peacefully dull planet was not a host for an absolutely abhorrent abomination. Surely if that beast is let loose it would be a site of pure delicious chaos. The universe was interesting again. That meant it was time for their return.
Worst case scenario, it ends up being like all the other times where they get a short shot of fun then go back to hell just as bored as ever. But if this was the exciting era they needed, maybe they would finally reach their chaotic enlightenment.
Best of all, no one knew who they were anymore.

COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES:
Heavy Offense Sing!ADDITIONAL NOTES: I’m BAAAACK
Sing lives up to their name by unleashing a high pitch screech of a high note, causing everything from glass to barriers to shatter on impact.
Power: 70%
KP Cost: 6 KP
Variants: Piercing
Light Offense || Finger Guns
A straight forward blast shot out of a gun. Except the gun is literally their finger transformed into a gun shape.
Power: 40%
KP Cost: 2 KP
Support Technique || Soul Stream (Flavored Quad Multiform)
Over the centuries, a select few followers chose to sign their soul to Sing and serve them for all eternity. By splitting their power, Sing can call upon these servants to come to their aid at a moment’s notice.
Medium Defense Sparking || Show Me The World!
As a lover of chaos, Sing incites his opponents to come at them with all they got. They better hope it works though, else they respond with an attack far bigger than they may have anticipated. If not, they will literally catch the attack and sap the energy into themselves. Rather than reflecting it they simply use it to bolster their own attack.
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 4 KP 4 MP
Variants: Taunt, Taunt+, Lightspeed
Utility Technique || Cartoon Physics
Whether it’s general elasticity, random transformations, impossible feats of law-breaking physics, or just something plain impossible, they have the ability to deform their body in ways that only a cartoon character could. This has very little combat use outside of confusing opponents and generally making them appear tougher than they are.
Utility Technique || Cartoon Logic
What’s this behind your ear? An entire bazooka?! Wow! Where Cartoon Physics affects Sing themselves, Cartoon Logic affects the world around them. Things start making less sense as they begin to pull objects out of thin air or the cave they ran into turns into a drawing. Sure it’s useless in combat and boring people call it magic materialization, but it’s still quite fun!
