The members of the community go on adventures run by either a staff or a player.
So how does this work? Well, i'm glad you asked
The Person who wants to make the adventure will act as GM (Game Master) / DM (Dungeon Master) Etc. one person runs the entire adventure and it must be completed in order to gain the rewards.
Xp Rewards
The person who created the adventure will gain 1k xp for creating it. and the participants gain 500 xp for joining it.
So how will this work exactly?
Well once per week, a player in the community can create an adventure and they can set how many people can join said adventure. This also stands with, only one character can join an adventure at a time per week.
Why should I bother joining? What do I gain from it?
Well for one, its one thing to implement that would bring discord members along with those who aren't in the discord a chance to interact with one another. This basically skips the process of. "Hey you wanna make a thread?" into making it automatic without saying those words.
Possible Rewards
I was thinking a dice system would be implemented maybe on the discord or a third party that would be used to see who gets what at the end of the adventure. so for example.
Rules
- Only 1 adventure you can join per character Per week
- Only 1 adventure that you can create per week
- Adventures must be completed
- If for some reason someone goes inactive, skip them with their permission and if no contact just skip.

These Adventure Threads feel kinda like 'quest-taking' to me, and the like I feel are unnecessary on Sparking- its alright on paper, but it kinda flops a bit in execution and sadly doesn't really fit Sparking's mechanics and policies well.
Open Threads already allow you to skip the process of needing to talk with others to initiate a thread, and the Completion Bonus incentivizes finishing those threads. Staff have a bunch of work on their hands already- DMing an entire long adventure thread atop staff duties and posting for their characters could be a lot to handle. Even on WOD, it was a struggle to consistently post for NPCs.
Dice-based, random rewards as a concept isn't that great for Sparking either, I feel. Leaving rewards to the whim of a dice roll can be really bad, disappointing players who put a lot of effort in and are rewarded with something bad, along with presenting an issue of imbalance with exceptionally good rewards. At best it gives mundane and unnecessary 'bonus' rewards, at worst it can throw our grading system and XP progression entirely out of whack. Exactly what these rewards would be are unspecified in your post, though, so I can't say for certain how exactly they would be, but the prospect of randomization doesn't sit right with me.
Normal threads can already be "adventurous" in their premises, there's no real need to tack on even more rewards when our grading system works fine- all of this can already be accomplished with less complexity and hassle by making a plain ol' open thread with an adventure-y premise.
