A small chunk of land slid open, causing a bit of rubble to tumble into and then onto a strange calendrical tube as it rose from the ground, before resting in a 45% position off the ground, supported by two sturdy looking mechanical arms. It sat in silence for several minutes, not a soul around, before another series of beeps, this time with a bit more urgency and volume, started again. The beeps began to escalate and finally, with a loud bell ringing noise, the capsule cracked open just a tad, and a blast of steam hissed out from all openings before the lid was thrown open.
Silence once again filled the air as the figure with in began to sti- "DAMNED THAT TUFFLE!" oh, well the figure awoke with quite the proclamation into the stillness of the air. Waving the steam from his vision, the being looked around him, his violet eyes scanning the ruins around him like he had never done so before. Information began to fill his head in ways he had never experienced, and he took in things around him with newfound abili- "The hell happened here?" He questioned, once again interrupting the narrative as it tried to describe what was up.
"Yeah yeah, question still remains... when I last went down I was in the middle of a lab with that damned Tuffle, and now, well, look at this shit... the hell happened?" Kane grumbled, rubbing his head as he stepped out of the capsule, looking around him and trying to make sense of things. His tail brushed behind him, knocking several pieces of building around as he tapped his clawed feet upon the cracked cement. Honestly, looking at the skeleton of a building around him, the was a part of him that was impressed that he woke up without much issue, and the Android made his way further into the lab, grabbing onto a piece of wall still standing for support, only for it to crumble and break under the sudden pressure.
"Well, if I was to make an educated guess... and with all the damned burn marks coverin everything... I'd say the place burned down for some reason or another... perhaps someone was playin a bit too fast and loose with a lighter... or ya finally got yer ass bombed for playin so far out in the sticks." He mused aloud, before a grin made it's way onto his face and he laughed aloud, clapping his hands once before gleefully kicking a piece of rubble across the wreak of a lab. It made a pretty satisfying clink and Kane rubbed his hands together. Without the Tuffle, he didn't have to do his end of the bargain, which means he had free reign to do what he wanted, and what he wanted to do was get out of this realm and back to the demon realm, to give himself some time to really put into effect all he was programmed to know about his abilities.
"But first... where is my own shit... I know no fire and flames is gonna ruin some shit from the demon realm..." He muttered, searching through some bits of rubble where he last was sure he had put his things... to no avail. Did the Tuffle steal them? Did someone come through the burnt out building and steal them? Was he stuck in this realm for now until he found something to get him back? He ran both hands over his face in annoyance, before taking a deep breath and running his hands through his thick hair. "Alright, no need to get in a panic yet... that just means we have some time here to test out the new upgrades."
Taking a tentative jump into the air, he found himself floating, just slightly, above the ground. "Heh... I'm flyin... I'm actually flyin..." He said, no more anger or arrogance in his voice, but actual joy and wonder. It might of only been about a foot off the ground, but that was more than enough for him. Next, he'd lift his arm and focus, watching it transform before his very eyes into the Laser Rifle that the Tuffle had shown him. Holding it in front of his face, Kane would move it around and take in the weapon he had become, before pointing it forward toward the wall and charging it up. The noise that came from it sounded a little bit like something electrical powering up, and Kane's eyes were wide with excitement as he watched energy generating within it, more and more until finally...
And he was being rocketed backwards faster than he could realize, crashing through one of the remaining walls of the lab and being throwing across various terrain types before landing on his back, the morning sky really looking beautiful this day. In the distance, he heard a loud boom, followed by the sounds of several broken and burned walls finally fully collapsing. Pushing himself up, noticing his arm had returned to normal, Kane looked at where he had come from to see a decent sized hole in a neighboring wall, and the remains of the lab fully knocked down. It was, honestly, still kind of shocking and the Android Demon sat there for a few minutes, before laughing loudly.
"I did it... I'm stronger..."
