A Saiyan army. Rime wondered how many Arcosians would feel their skin crawl at such an idea. His species were considered the apex of life by many, especially their own world, and the only true challenge to that was the Saiyan people. Arcosians were naturally powerful, predatory and often terrifying to many humanoids. It seems that many of them had grown up from the primordial muck of their worlds with a good reason to fear lizards one way or another, and that instinctual anxiety, that fear and need to defend themselves would often awaken in the presence of an Arcosian, a reptilian who walked on two legs. The only challenge to their dominance, really, was the Saiyan people. Namekians were too few, Earthlings and Tuffles without the natural power to do something - for now. Saiyans were warlike, powerful and numerous. Thankfully, for now, his people were winning the arms race, but for how long? Saiyans outnumbered them already, and his peoples' power had stagnated.
It mattered little - he knew that it was silly to dwell on such things. "Indeed. I can think of at least one individual of greater power on Arcose who could be of help to us, so I'll speak to him the next time I get the chance. I appreciate your forethought on this; I'll be waiting." He stayed in his seat, watching the young man leave out the door as the Arcosian was left to sit alone in the stall.
A small smirk grew on his face. That boy was not so simple, was he? He was already trying to work against someone he did not personally trust, attempting to actively work subversion into his ranks and manipulate those within there. Perhaps there was hope for him yet.
