East City

Despite the rest of the East's peaceful nature, East City is an unfortunate victim of much more commonplace crime. Gangs and robberies are much more common in this less developed city of Earth. While it is much more chaotic than the other cardinal capitols, East City has its own draw in the form of much more accessible and commonplace martial arts dojos that take crime-fighting into their own hands sometimes.
