A much less industrialized city, but yet it is one of Earth's flagship capitals. South City is a very clean, tropical city that sits on the coast. Much of it is more suburban than most cities, and each neighborhood forms a tight-knit community. The food served in South City is some of the finest cuisine on Earth, too.
